Nice place and the sushi is great. Little pricey, but great quality sushi. Love the spicy crab salad/ kani salad. They make it so different than other places. It’s a must try. Like the soup selection, wish they have something with gluten free noodles. Dessert menu is great too.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. Two very young servers were waitstaff. They were unprofessional & ran around the dining room endlessly - it was unnecessary and distracting because it wasn't that crowded. My appetizer never got to table & I finally told them to cancel it. Ordered "Chester Roll" and it was definitely not a roll. Couldn't pick it up with chopsticks. It was a rice-covered mess. Desserts barely made it to table and waitress said, "I'm just glad I didn't drop it." For that price & distance (for us) I doubt we'll ever go back.

Parking: A decent amount of spots to park, but can be busy at certain times.
I am today years old. I have always turned left at this intersection to go to Ocean Vinards, and all I had to do was turn right! On a whim, we found Magoya. We were the first customers of the evening. The decore brought us to Japan. Do not look out the window to the old camp cabins. The service was impeccable. The food was devine. I am a fan of many sushi houses, but Magoya is my new favorite. The price was comparable, if not less than others. Truly refreashing.

Fantastic. I came here with my husband and two daughters. As someone who has worked in the restaurant business for 15 years before retiring, saying I am impressed is an understatement. There are three waitresses in addition to the boss that occasionally greets the guests when she isn’t busy. We had a few special requests due to our daughters’ sesame allergies and my waitress was incredibly attentive to details and made sure that everything was safe for my daughters to consume. She was smiling the entire time and made us feel very welcome even though there were a lot of other guests at the time. My husband ordered the King Dragon roll (he is a bit of an eel connoisseur) and he was beyond ecstatic. The eel at this establishment does not disappoint. I myself ordered the Nabeyaki Udon; one of the best soups I have ever tasted in a Japanese restaurant. Noodles and chicken were perfectly cooked and the seasoning hit all the right spots. Unlike anything I’ve ever had. One of my daughters got a spicy tuna roll (no sesame). I tried it and the fish was clearly fresh and melted in your mouth. Even such a simple roll was able to win me over. Everything was pleasant and they wished us well as we were leaving. My family just moved to Chester, New York and I already see myself becoming a regular at this restaurant. Thank you so much!

The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend the shrimp tempura roll. Although there can be a bit of a wait the food is so worth it with high quality and excellent flavor. The waitresses are quick on their feet and always great my family and I with a smile. The boss, Nancy is an absolutely wonderful person and sometimes greats customers. Will be coming back!
