We went on New Years Eve and it was the worst dining experience I’ve had at a sitdown restaurant in years. It took my wife more than 1 hr and 45 min to receive her meal. The rest of us were served at all different times so literally no one ate together. The waitress was barely responsive and the owner didn’t care at all about her terrible service. It’s more expensive and lower quality than most fast casual restaurants. Avoid this spot and give your business to one with even some customer service.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!. Not bad service - NO SERVICE! We had a 7pm reservation and were seated after 2 or 3 minutes. The restaurant was maybe half full. After over 25 minutes, no one greeted us. No one took a drink order. No one came over to say a word. Our attempts to flag someone down were ignored. We got up, took our time putting on our coats to leave and still, no one came over or said a word. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

I came here on a Sunday at 130 just driving through town, everything was amazing! We got 3 different special rolls, and all were fresh and yummy. My fiancé got the Box B, it's a lot of food! I got the chicken katsu which was super yummy, it came with a vegetable salad and some rice. My mom got the dumpling soup and crab salad and she loved both! Service was good, bathrooms are clean. We will be back!

I truly love this place... The seating and the owners are just the best! The food is fresh and always amazing.. From the soups, the appetizers, the dinners, the sushi's are truly prepared so well.. The Lobster Rolls along with the Mango Rolls are truly the BEST EVER... Short trip from Monroe to an amazing place... I truly recommend the food and the friendly staff... Everything is prepared fresh and well.. A+++++++++ to my friends at Magoya!
Sorry to say, our first and last time. We’re hoping on better food, I was really surprised that they charged us $3.00 for each refill of soda, and each one came from a can. I mean not to mention that my salad came with a living walking bug on it. Sorry, but we won’t be returning, ever. Two people $95 bucks.
The food was served cold, including undercooked chicken and beef, which is a serious health concern. The vegetables were ice cold and the noodles were so hard they were nearly inedible. On top of that, the meal was severely overpriced for the quality. Extremely disappointing experience.

Charges for hot tea, charges for credit card fee. Food came hour and half later. Understaff. Portion is minimal. Hot stone bibimbap came with almost to no rice, and charges for rice when requested.
