We stopped by here on our way home after a fun day at Legoland with our 5-year-old, and we were pleasantly surprised to see they had a playroom for kids! I haven't seen one in a long time (back in the 90s most McDonalds had children's play areas). It was clean and well maintained. There are tables with plenty of chairs for parents to dine right next to the slide, inside the playroom. I used the mobile McDonalds app to order our dinner with lots of discounts and selected Table Service. They brought over our meal within 5 minutes and the staff were all nice. Bathroom was clean too!

Chester McDonalds is one of the last in the area with a indoor playground! Always clean!! I take the 20 minute drive so the grandkids can play on a rainy day or just for something special to do once in a while.

Very bad customer service. I ordered through the drive-thru. You didn't complete my order. When I arrived to pay at the next window, a very despotic woman with attitude told me if you can't speak English, you also speak Spanish in a very rude way.

We only used the bathroom, but I assume the food is as good as all McDonald's.
The bathrooms were clean, although the sanitary napkins disposal was full (a pull up was in there). It was also right off the highway which was really nice!!

The things I would do to give this place no stars. Many times I’ve gotten home and numerous items were missing. After today’s try, noticed a burger was missing after going through the drive thru, decided to walk inside and ask for it (very politely and nicely). Come home, the burger is missing everything on it and was cold. Place needs major help.

The girl taking our order was so RUDE, I do not know her name. I asked for bacon on my food and I didn’t even get that. The bun looked fake and felt rubbery when I bit into it. I got a deluxe and expected lettuce but I literally got a coleslaw in my burger. Do better McDonalds and talk to that rude employee.
