Wait time and Incorrect Order. Ordered what I wanted once I got my OJ I was told to pull over to the mobile spot I sat there for literally 10 minutes for a sandwich and hash. I then decided to go in and grab the rest of the order only to be ignored by the workers. So I walked out got back on the DT line told the order taker I never received the rest of my meal he apologized and ensured me it will be at the window but noooooo I go and ordered 4 Minecraft meal to only get 2 at the window and still be pulled over to parking spot 2 for the rest of my order. Once I reached home I opened my breakfast sandwich for it to be the wrong sandwich it was a sausage and cheese on an McMuffin instead of my steak egg and cheese on a bagel (number 9 meal) There goes my Sunday

My girlfriend ordered the new minecraft meal for me and her sister. Walked in because on the order it says big Mac and both of us don't eat big macs I wanted to see if I can change it for chicken nuggets or refund it and order it right or maybe it's just the way the system identified it. Got to the cashier and started to ask about it she would not let me finish a sentence and tell her what my problem is she only saw the number I showed her that was for drive through and continued to talk over me every time I tried to speak about my problems. She stated she couldn't ring it at the register because it's a divrthrough pick up meal. She went into the back to speak to some one about it and I over heard her saying I just want to cut the drive through pick up line with was not the case I wanted to know about the order if it was placed correctly or not and if it wasn't ifbi could swap out the big macs for nuggets. I was so disappointed and disgusted by the customer service that I left without the food and went to Wendy's instead will not go back to thus Mc donalds

Every time i come to this McDonalds i end up disappointed. Ordered Crispy fries and a bacon mc double with mac sauce with a small mango pineapple smoothie. The smoothie tasted like frozen orange juice, the fries werent even the regular amount of crispy, and i got a very dry hamburger with no cheese, no ketchup or mac sauce.. very disappointed… will not be eating at McDonalds anymore. This was my last straw. To get paid more than most essential workers and not even be able to read and execute an order properly is pathetic.

Morning shift-Very bad manager to the point of been racist,I faced many issues to the point of the lady white manager telling me that she could not give me services,I made time to show up and reported the issue to the head manager and the issue continued on a daily basis since I would show up every morning at 0600 hrs on my way to work,eventually I stopped going there and started going somewhere else! It is unfortunate that mcdonalds have those types of individuals working for them and representing them!!! Ps:the racist manager is white,long hair,5'4" in heigth,170 pounds,about 50 yrs old...I know she is racist because she denied services to an african american customer and myself one morning,aside from all the issues I faced by her!!! Racist problems do not get fixed there at mcdonalds,even reporting those issues!!

Took my nephew for breakfast to this location. Didn't know how spacious and convenient this is. Fast service and friendly staff. Impeccable!
This location is extremely slow in the morning for their breakfast service. I enetered the drive thru, placed my order, then was asked to park and was yold my order will be brought out to me.. I've literally been waiting 15 for a drive thru order...not a good place for an in and out order!!!
