Worst experience I’ve ever had. I would never go there again—please avoid this place. It was extremely dirty, and no one seemed to care about customer service at all. I believe it’s franchise-owned, which might explain the lack of standards, but that’s no excuse. I was so frustrated that I was close to calling the health department.

Amount of money spent at Taco Bell they should be giving out the correct quantity of items.
Always missing something from this place with little to no communication when receiving food.
I understand being under staffed but we ordered 20 minutes prior to going to the restaurant.
Than waiting another 10/15 minutes in line with no communication on what they have and don't.
Missing items that could've been substituted and the minimal communication and tone makes it hard to address constant issues like these.
They should also have the boxes instead of throwing everything in the bag so it's easier to access items to check before leaving the line

We ordered and it was rung up completely incorrectly and was $15 more than what I had ordered. I told them and instead of apologizing they made a face at me and asked me what I ordered. After waiting to the point of wanting to leave, The food that did come out was really bad, and the hard taco in my combo was completely soaking wet with some liquid and it got all of the napkins at the bottom of the bag wet. Really gross. Will not be coming back.

when you close at midnight you cant decide to stop serving food/taking orders at 11:30!!! extremely lazy crew with no work ethic, this is not my only experience like this either otherwise I could almost understand.

Went on a long road trip and stopped by this wretched town for the bathrooms. I circled for 30 minutes, not a single gas station, shop or establishment had rest rooms for customers except for this Taco Bell. God bless yall

Worst taco bell in the area. Stay away. Went to get snacks for the kids and they had nothing available on the menu drinks included. This location has gone seriously down hill.

Bad customer service, especially at the drive-thru. They deliver things they don't need out of haste, and they take a long time to deliver. You can easily lose 20-30 minutes while they serve you and do the work. Very, very bad.

Impressively correct! I had a big order, with lots of customization. The person at the front did a great job reviewing it with me, and it was all correct and just what we were expecting.

Upon arriving at 7:00 PM to collect our order and opting to dine in, we observed that all tables were unclean. We requested the staff to clean a table for us. We were informed, with a negative attitude, that the dining area had closed at 7:00 PM and that they would not clean the tables. We expressed our dissatisfaction, noting that neither Google Maps nor the company's app indicated the dine-in closure time of 7:00 PM on Saturdays. This experience reflects significant disappointment with the management team's handling of the situation.
