Absolutely EXCELLENT coffee, kickass ambience and brilliantly engaging staff/owners who understand, deeply, their craft and their model. While places come and go in the Loaf, Valkyrie will definitely stay and prosper.

Lovely local coffee shop. Coffee was delicious, the staff so friendly and warm, the place curated and homey. My only wish is that there would be more small tables and less of the large ones so that they could fit more 1-person-parties of those coming to work etc. The rectangular tables take up more space and there’s usually only one person occupying it. They have vegan and gluten free options and their coffees are unique and intentionally crafted. There’s real pride and love evident in everything they do here. Highly recommend.

Found this place totally by accident. This place is lovely and the coffee is great! Super chill vibe great art on the wall and super fast service!they also have some light food like croissants and things. Will be coming back here for sure.

The vibes were immaculate! Loved everything, had an espresso tonic and color-changing lemonade. No notes. The atmosphere is super cool and the barista had great suggestions and knew their stuff. Purchased anaerobic processed beans which I am so excited to try and a glass as well. Also also they had a fun little get-what-you-get toy dispenser. Love literally everything!
