Absolutely EXCELLENT coffee, kickass ambience and brilliantly engaging staff/owners who understand, deeply, their craft and their model. While places come and go in the Loaf, Valkyrie will definitely stay and prosper. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Don’t walk run the best coffee shop in the Hudson Valley so happy for the new space so close to home! A artist at work he will make you a coffee unlike any thing you have had give it a shot

Stopped in for a quick coffee on our travels and was so happy we did! The owner was really nice and even suggested a better drink than I originally planned on getting (it was awesome!!). Definitely will be back or check out their new location when it opens.
