I order meal combo with bacon-cheese fries but they never give my give my combo which was suppose come with fries. I also tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered. I give them 2 stars.

The kid at window 1 took my card and then at 350 am I get an alert from my bank that there is suspicious fraud activity on my card via Amazon. Im not from around the area. And I only used my card once that day. When i pulled up he looked a lil funny and kind of was fumbling or twirled my card and I felt it but moved along. Then I got the alert. My bank didnt accept the transaction but Careful people.

Had a great experience at this location today around 4:20 PM on 10/28/25. The young employee working the window did an excellent job explaining the breakdown of the bill. Rather than seeming annoyed, he was very friendly and helpful. Customer service like this makes me want to come back!

I went in the drive thru to order and I was there for 20 seconds and the person working in the drive thru was extremely rude!!! She stated i was taking forever because she on a timer. I told her it hasn’t even been a minute yet. She kept saying she is a timed and there is people waiting!!! For me not being there more than an minute and rushing me is ridiculous!!! I would never ever come back to this place again!!! Please dont waste your time and energy at this place!!! The manager should fix this asap!!! I also tried to called and no one answered to give a complaint.

This has got to be the worse wendy's I've been to. Dirty as heck. If the Cafe and bathrooms are dirty I can just imagine what the kitchen is like. It's a shame too. I've been around enough to see how they renovated it nicely to just neglect it. Never coming back.
