I had never had Buffalo Wild Wings before today. I'm glad I decided to try them! We ordered some boneless wings and fries and the food ready on time and was excellent. We will definitely be ordering from here again in the future

I haven't had Buffalo wild wings in quite some time. The ladies working at this location were super nice and they all gave great customer service. We ordered the deal they've got going on. 20 boneless wings and fries for less than 20.00. And a spicy chicken sandwich. Everything was made to order and theres an even longer list of flavors they added since my last visit. Everything we ordered was perfect. Huge boneless wings and my daughter enjoyed this place very much so.. 10 out of 10!!! Recommend!!!!!!

Only been here four times. Three out of the four totally representative of a private equity owned corporation: employees were attentive and cordial enough. The fourth time was well below even those low standards. I was asked and told three different employees, who asked me, the name on my order. Hey its busy and I get it things are gonna be slower than the app anticipates. What I have a problem with is after telling an employee what order I'm waiting for, and them just putting the three orders done before mine in the pickup cubbies and shouting out the names, putting mine, without any announcement, on the table behind the counter and returning to work on other orders. Like I said I get it, it's busy and you're behind and I can't get mad at you for that, but why did you deviate from the process for just my order?

First time having Buffalo Wild Wings. Ordered the fries and 20 boneless wings. Fries were ok.Taste of the sauces was good, but not a single item I received was hot. Cold, dry chicken with caked on breading that wasn’t even crispy. Do yourself a favor and go to the proper restaurant.

This was our first shot at this new to go location. I ordered on the app and arrived exactly when the app said my order would be ready. My food was already in the “locker” when I arrived. The locker isn’t a hot hold case — it’s just a cubby so if you’re not right there when the food is put into it, it starts cooling down. I ordered 20 wings and fries and the wings were slightly less than room temp and the fries were so so. I’ll probably order again and see if anything improves but at this rate I’d rather make the drive and go to the actual restaurant in camillus.

I order from here a lot on DoorDash, and a
few weeks ago they removed all wings from the menu. I thought this was temporary but it sadly has not been fixed or changed.

I get doordash credit through work which is why I order delivery, but I won’t be coming here anymore since they have very limited menu options live. Ordering from the one across town instead, which isn’t even a GO location

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Cicero location. From start to finish, the service was unprofessional and the food quality unacceptable. I picked up an order that was ice cold, like it had just come out of a freezer. When I called to address the issue, I spoke with Kylie, who identified herself as the manager.

Rather than listening or offering any assistance, Kylie was immediately argumentative. When I explained the timing of my order and pickup, she curtly responded, “Well, we’re not remaking this order, so what do you want?” I reminded her that good customer service is essential in this business and referenced the long-standing phrase, “The customer is always right.” Her response was both aggressive and dismissive: “No they’re not!” followed by loud laughter.

When I mentioned I’d be reaching out to corporate, she mockingly said, “We’re not corporate, so good luck with that.” I asked to speak to a manager, and she replied, “That would be me.”

I’m shocked and disappointed that someone with such a rude and dismissive attitude is representing your brand. What was meant to be a nice lunch and my first time supporting this business turned into a completely negative experience. It’s unfortunate to see this level of disrespect and lack of accountability at a customer-facing establishment

Even though they were smiling to my face I don’t know why I received weird service. First Lady wouldn’t give me the sale price even though I directly asked for it and spelled my name wrong. I went to go get more money and a different girl took my order. I confirmed it was my order but my name was incorrect. My name is Amanda…. Both women put the wrong name but did give me the current sale price…..
