Update 1/6/26. Whoever the woman at the drive in is, she is extremely rude and has zero manners. If you want to be treated like an annoyance, then this is your place. My review from a few months ago is below. I feel the complete opposite now because of this extremely rude and unhappy employee that shouldn't be dealing with the public. I'll never come back to this location due to her terrible attitude.
This location is probably the best in CNY. The staff were polite and courteous and also smiled. I thought I was dreaming. My fries were hot and fresh, as well as my double cheeseburger. I will be going to this location from now on instead of the location on Rte. 11 across from Wendy's. Employees there seem miserable, and half the time I go there, the drive thru is closed, or they are out of something. If you're looking for good service with a smile, then go to this location.

Been here for 20 minutes now, food still not ready, still 4 people ahead of me. And yet one employe can take a smoke break, 2 more standing around talking. Absolutely ridiculous

Wow! This is beautifully renovated. Service was nice. I made a mistake, the girls helped me, very patient. Food was hot and yummy. Best strawberry lemonade ever!

The floors were so slippery from grease or something. Me and my son were sliding around just walking. They had a wet floor sign down but the floor was all dry. Just greasy, they need to change the mop water immediately and not use the same water they use after mopping the kitchen, which is clearly what they did here!

Whoever the manager is here runs a great team. Awesome job by everyone on the location. I came during a rush and got my meal in 2 minutes. Probably my best visit ever to a fast food place.

Food is absolute trash. I don't know why I would expect something different from a fast food restaurant but what makes it worse is that the price is ridiculous for this trash food. I will stick to local restaurants. Also, menu pictures never match the actual food.
I ordered a double whopper with cheese no tomatoes or pickles got home it had pickles and tomatoes on it (ok) I can pick them off but a double whopper had only one patty on it with 3 layer bun WTF all mayo no Ketchup no lettuce not the first time something was wrong

We had. Been in town for a hockey tournament. All weekend, which we had won, We decided to take our son here for a celebratory lunch. Because it's what he chose when we got here. Our one and a 1/2-year-old daughter needed a diaper change. So my wife took her into the woman's room to give her a diaper change to find out that there was no changing table in there whatsoever, which required us to change her on the floor which was disgusting.I can't believe a establishment such as burger.King would not accommodate people with children with no changing table.It's absolutely absurd and something needs to be done about this. If u have children in diapers be aware of this. The worst part. About this is I asked an employee. Why there were no changing tables and they were well aware of this and just shrugged it off and did nothing about it. And just said sorry then walked away from me. This is not something you say sorry about and then do nothing.It's something that you bring the corporate attention and you fix.
Kid-friendliness: It is not baby friendly at all no changing tables anywhere and employees know this

Remodel and made the store worse. Kiosk wouldn't do my order, had to wait in line for lady to re ring up. Sandwich wasn't made correctly. Manager made excuses. The only excuse is the manager and the distinctioning kiosk.
