This place knows how to be of service to you...everyone is so professional and nice. The make ordering your food quick and easy...the food is amazingly good.

I had my order messed up and I asked for it to be fixed and now when I order the order is never right and I really don't have the time to go get it fixed so I have to deal with spending more money on things I'm not getting. Unless the order is simple it will have things missing so do not spend additional money on add ons. If you call they'll correct it but I really don't have the time.

We arrived after someone with a very big order apparently. We had to wait much longer than typical but the good part was that the manager recognized the situation and got things caught up. She looked me in the eyes and apologized for the wait. It wasn't just a throwaway phrase. I appreciated that.

I do not go to chik fil a often, but decided to today. Right off the bat I felt rushed. I wanted to see a board of what they have but I couldn't because they try to rush you to get your order in. When I received my stuff, one of my meals was wrong but the place was so chaotic I didn't even wanna go in, def made for an uncomfortable, rushed experience

Who cannot love Chick-fil-A? Whenever I am in East Syracuse, I always make it a point to drive out of my way to go to the Chick-fil-A. The service is amazing, and I love the fact that they bring the food to your table. I always get the three strip chicken, the small waffle fries, and I don't get any of the sauce. I am 53 years and I cannot finish this meal. I don't eat a lot, but this three strip and small waffle fries are satisfying. I never get any drinks. The chicken itself is extremely moist.
Vegetarian options: I have never eaten any salads, so I'm not really sure if there are vegetarian options,
Dietary restrictions: I'm not sure about the dietary restrictions, but I don't think they have a gluten-free bun. If they had a gluten-free bun, I would surely get the sandwich. I'm always stuck with the same menu item.
Parking: I love the fact that every Chick-fil-A has the two car drive-thru.
Kid-friendliness: There is a really cool playground that I wish I could go in, but I'm a little taller than the sign.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, there is wheelchair accessibility.
