A simple order was placed tonite, to go. gone are the days of trusting your order. got all the way home to find out one of my sandwiches was missing. So we called the store, manager did say to come in and we will give it to you. wow. I don't want a hand out I dont want free or comp food, I want the individual that checked my order to pay attention, have some pride in your work. check-ur-order

Bingos are really inconsistent. Sometimes they let everyone win. If their relatives are sitting in and clear their boards when they were going to continue, they’ll have everyone clear. I have seen them give regulars prizes for no reason, but not give free prizes to others. My husband and I come here for fun, but probably won’t again. Doesn’t seem fair.

Both my friend and I got really bad food poisoning a few hours after ordering chicken sandwiches here. and the only thing we both consumed in common all day was this. Service was great but I wouldn’t ever return

It's a well run Chic-fil-A with great and helpful staff. I just wish that one time, somewhere, in my life time, a Chic-fil-A would remember to include a spoon, fork, or spork with an order of mac&cheese. My quest continues...

I came here because of the high reviews. It took a LONG time for anyone to even acknowledge that I was standing there for my order. Looks like the customer service is hit or miss though. Disappointing.
We ate at an outside table. Food was brought out there. Might need to address the bees -though we were outdoors- that were attracted by drinks, catsup, etc like always.
We ate at the Chick-fil-A on 90 near Syracuse . The rests stops are not user friendly. Cramming people in there , there is not where for people to wait for their food. Not really anyway to dine. The service was okay. I felt that the young guy at the cashier was trying not to be rude but his irritated mood was coming through . The chicken was good. The fries were good. Why do your buns suck! You have a great product but the vessel in which you offer your chicken on brings down the quality. I can never give you a 5 because of this. Up the game to be amazing.
