This is the second time in a month I’ve gotten sick only after eating at the this location. One time is a fluke but the second time shows there’s negligence within their processes. Both times ordering, the food has been ice cold within minutes of receiving. I’ve brought this up to corporate as a sincere concern and seems they have not taken it serious. I’ve since filed a complaint with Onondaga health department. Needless to say you should take consumer feedback serious. I tried to respectfully warn you clowns ahead of time.

I called the store and whoever answered the phone today 11/9/2025 at 4:20 PM refused to add more rice to my order because the lid was on it.
The absolute laziness and lack of customer service by this location is disgusting.
All workers at this location, particular the female who answered the phone, are an absolute horrible representation of the franchise.
No such thing as customer service or common sense anymore.

I'm in a toxic relationship with this place. Sometimes I just crave Chipotle and the drive thru is great when they don't mess up your order....which is literally 50 percent of the time.
Won't be using the mobile app anymore due to this. It's too frustrating to get home and find something made incorrectly. Not like it's easy to check every single item when you order multiple things for multiple people. Disappointing because I spend a lot of money here and the rewards are a nice bonus.
The staff was professional about remaking my order at least.
The incorrect order I received had disgusting looking guac and I got *politely* man-splained why avocados turn brown. Idk...I wouldn't eat it. If I'm paying that much for guac I don't want brown avocado. Hopefully whomever this order was for got it corrected and received something better looking than this.

Got take out. Found a long, brown bug crawling in Burrito Bowl as soon as lid was removed. Would rate Zero Stars if possible. Will not return.

Couldn't tell you the last time I asked for extra anything and actually got it. Got double protein. Double EVERYTHING and it looked like I got something a child would've ordered. 2ns to last time I ordered I got my usual order and then got 3 of the 8 things I usually order. Should refund someone if they order at 8 pm (close at 11) and they throw together whatever was available rather than call or notify what was available. As a former employer of this specific location, sad to see where it's gone

Order a salad and it tasted very spoiled not sure if it was the sour cream or tomatoes so please asked to smell both or taste both before you get them on your food. Called in to complain was willing to bring back the food and all. I was received was 200 pts. Most likely I will not eat here again. Moe’s please step up your game cause here I come.
I love you guys but today and yesterday’s pick up orders I was not given napkins or silverware/ plastic fork. Glad I found a plastic spoon in the office…. Not the same though. Please remember to give people forks and napkins!

i got a bowl and it was good but the guac was brown and tasted very bad and there was somehow cheese coated on the outside of every single thing i got. also it was a drive through order and they didn’t give me a fork or napkins..
