If I could give less than one star I would. The place is a mess with garbage on the floor and a messy line. The barbacoa meat was full of fat, the guacamole was yellow and had cheese and lettuce all through it. When I walked in the person on the line yelled to another employee “ I’m on break “ The person that came to put my food together was ok but what ever happened to the moral at this place! It used to be their strong point. I tried to call to speak to someone about the quality of the food but only an automated response was available. All done with Chipotle. That’s the second time with this location and I should have known better

The fact that they don't bother to maintain the exterior of the business makes me question how clean they keep the inside, especially the kitchen. The lot looks abandoned due to foot tall weeds and grass, food is inconsistent, chipotle, clean up your act, your lot is an eyesore.
Update 5/30. Thanks for finally cutting your grass and cleaning the appearance of your lot, now just make the food more consistent

This is the WORST chipotle to ever exist. They served me BROWN ROTTEN GUACAMOLE ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS. I found a BONE in my chicken Al Pastor. They can NEVER get an order correct. They always forget the vinaigrette, or a vital ingredient of the bowl (have forgotten rice on 2/3 bowls the last time we went and not to mention wrong meats completely on 2/3) the tortillas you pay 30 cents for are always mushed together and hard because no one knows how to use tin foil, or they’re plain and simple too lazy to wrap one at a time correctly. Another time we had a vegetarian ordering with us, and they put ONE piece of chicken in the sofritas bowl. Service is absolutely horrible, they give you attitude when you double check to make sure the tings are in the bag. You can’t get ahold of any stores at all. They give you “sorry we messed up” points, and they go and mess the meals up you got for complaining. I don’t think I’ve ever genuinely been satisfied at this chipotle it is horrible, the staff are rude, the prices are ridiculous, and the portions are SMALL. Don’t waste $45 on 2 meals here there plenty of other places in the same area. I would go as far to say you’d have a better meal at Walmart Deli. I included a picture from the LAST TIME we will ever go there. My chicken bowl which was supposed to have chicken, rice, xtra cheese, corn salsa, and hot red salsa. It is just chicken, corn and a dusting of cheese in a bowl. This was $13. Choose your dinner wisely in this horrible economy and run this terrible business out of here.

Walked in and was rudely told they will only take online orders, while 3 enoloyees just stood in a circle talking in the kitchen. Walked away empty handed. Filed a complaint with Chipotle and they confirmed that online orders are more important than in-person orders.

I’ve gotten chipotle from Cicero a lot. It has only gone down hill and I doubt that they even care. Whatever is going on in that store needs to change or they need new people who know how to give people warm food. I get out of work to eat the food my girlfriend kindly picked up yet both burritos were cold and very poorly taken care of. I’m very dissatisfied and probably won’t come back until problems are addressed.
