Order a salad and it tasted very spoiled not sure if it was the sour cream or tomatoes so please asked to smell both or taste both before you get them on your food. Called in to complain was willing to bring back the food and all. I was received was 200 pts. Most likely I will not eat here again. Moe’s please step up your game cause here I come.

I love you guys but today and yesterday’s pick up orders I was not given napkins or silverware/ plastic fork. Glad I found a plastic spoon in the office…. Not the same though. Please remember to give people forks and napkins!

i got a bowl and it was good but the guac was brown and tasted very bad and there was somehow cheese coated on the outside of every single thing i got. also it was a drive through order and they didn’t give me a fork or napkins..

My husband and I stopped in while on a road trip and we were pleasantly surprised! Probably one of the best bowls we’ve had in a while and we usually get Chipotle weekly. They loaded up our bowls and all the ingredients were fresh. Compared to all of our local Chipotle locations, this one was far better.

Food was fresh but the serving size seemed to be light for the price you pay, the definitely take advantage of pickup customers as there is no one to watch them make it. For example, there was hardly any chicken in the bowls we ordered and the majority of it was rice. Very disappointing. Guess I can’t order pickup anymore because they need supervision to ensure you aren’t getting ripped off.

Honestly every experience here with the service has been terrible. Employees annoyed when you ask for more portion of anything and just genuinely seem in a bad mood all the time. The food is ok at best but never seems that fresh

If I could give less than one star I would. The place is a mess with garbage on the floor and a messy line. The barbacoa meat was full of fat, the guacamole was yellow and had cheese and lettuce all through it. When I walked in the person on the line yelled to another employee “ I’m on break “ The person that came to put my food together was ok but what ever happened to the moral at this place! It used to be their strong point. I tried to call to speak to someone about the quality of the food but only an automated response was available. All done with Chipotle. That’s the second time with this location and I should have known better

The fact that they don't bother to maintain the exterior of the business makes me question how clean they keep the inside, especially the kitchen. The lot looks abandoned due to foot tall weeds and grass, food is inconsistent, chipotle, clean up your act, your lot is an eyesore.

Update 5/30. Thanks for finally cutting your grass and cleaning the appearance of your lot, now just make the food more consistent

Online orders only , so glad you turn away customers who are right in front of you . Great policy . Also your grass is 2-3 feet tall should probably cut it .
