First time going there. The food was good. Ordered The Italian platter and chicken parm. A pizza and wing special to go. Which that was really good. The waitress was good. Took a lot longer to get our food than expected considering it really wasn't busy in there. Maybe not enough kitchen staff there at that time. We would eat the food there again, but probably just call and pick it up next time.

There wasn’t a single thing right about our order — not even the time it was supposed to be ready. We waited 20 minutes past the scheduled pickup time, only to realize the food had clearly been forgotten and then rushed together last minute. The pizza was completely undercooked with barely any pepperoni, and the calzone was doughy and mostly empty. The fried cauliflower was also undercooked, and the portion size was terrible for the price.
We tried to call when we noticed the issues, but the phone was constantly busy — it seemed like it was taken off the hook. So we drove the entire order back, and when we got there, the staff was rude and completely unapologetic. No accountability and no effort to make it right. Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.

Very disappointed with the lack of care put into the entire order.I attempted to call to let them know but it was obvious that they took the phone off the hook. Drove it all the way back since I couldn’t reach them on the phone and there wasn’t even an apology in fact they were completely bothered with the fact that I wasn’t happy with undercooked food. I will never come back here.

First timers.🍕 The pizza was good, the wings were ok. But the calzone was manly bread. They charge extra for ricotta cheese👎🏻 (calzone only comes with mozzarella). Set up was a bit odd but overall decent pizza joint.

Great place for an Italian dinner. I think I have had almost the entire dinner menu. Haven't had a single bad dish. The servers are always great. Though they do tend to spread themselves thin sometimes, but all in all great service.
Four of us southerners from North Carolina searched through all the reviews from all the local pizzerias in the area and chose Cicero Pizza. We are so thankful we did. Clean, fast, local, scratch made food. Amanda was our waitress, and honestly of all the places we ate at during our stay in NY, was the best, period. Polite, sweet, and professional, with a splash of northern charm. Highly recommend eating at Cicero Country Italian Restaurant if you’re staying in the Syracuse/Cicero area. 12/10 rating.
