Great service!!! So much seating and they offer seating inside and outside. Honestly not sure if there’s an ice cream stand with more seating!!! Perfect for sweet treat with family and friends!!

We love this place, not just for the ice cream, but for the absolute lovely people who work there. My kids and I consider ourselves lucky when Andy is working, who always has a smile for the kids, even when they're busy. They have a ton of flavors to choose from, and we love trying the new seasonal ones that come in. Absolutely recommend this place!

My husband and I came 7 minutes before close, when walking up to order we saw someone was just handed their ice cream and was walking away from the window, the neon ‘open’ sign was still on and there were people sitting outside at the picnic tables eating their ice cream, however when we got to the window my husband and I stood there and an employee looked at us twice and did not verbally say “sorry we are closed” but instead put his ear buds in, picked up “we are closed” signs, looked at us and put them in the windows… mind you at this point it is 8:56 pm.
It was just rude, lazy and not very customer friendly.

Indulged in an ice cream treat at Cloud 9. Tasted rich, quality ingredients in every spoonful. Their hot fudge sundae is undeniably the best in town! Generous portions and affordable prices. Plus they have a rewards program and an online order system available. Perfect!

The ice cream is good but the nerve to disrespect your customers by serving everyone else in the line outside before me who was inside and I arrived there first. And then to actually be rude to me and tell me I had to wait until everyone outside was taken care of including if any new people came there after me. Never going there again.

July 21 is NATIONAL ICE CREAM DAY. All over the country, ice cream businesses were advertising deals... but not Cloud Nine in Cicero.
Having said that, the price was pretty reasonable and our sundaes were delicious.
Next time we order "regular", a choice clearly stated on your signs, you probably shouldn't ask the customer what size that would be... especially if you own the establishment.

If 1 person is paying for everyone, it can be expensive, but if you're just paying for you, it is fairly reasonable.
