Our experiences have always been good, we love the front part of the restaurant. So keep it that way

I love the new menu. I think our server was named John. He was really good. Very enthusiastic. Very happy, very helpful. Made great suggestions as far as our food goes. About the sauces. About our choices. Everything was fantastic we were very pleased.

This used to be a great place to relax and enjoy a really nice lunch, but the new branding has turned me and the wife off. Hopefully they fire whoever they need to and get back to being a nice atmosphere to eat at again.

Server was amazing. However. The main reason I was breakfast there is for the tots. We were shocked to see hasbrowns instead. Why were they discontinued?! I won't eat there again. Sadly.

Waitress spent more time in the kitchen that on the dining floor, was seated for about 5 minutes then the waitress came and took our drink orders, with a disappointed look on her face as my grandson was deciding what to drink and she had no suggestions or recommendations. we're not offered a kid's menu. after 5 more minutes waitress delivered or drinks and said she would be right back, she came back 10 minutes later to take our order. she acted as though we were troubling her, and she did not really understand the menu. after 20 minutes we received or food, well most of it, I ordered the grandmas sampler and was only given 2 pancakes and nothing else, the wife asked for biscuits and the waitress said we do not ring them out with pancake orders, my grandson did not order pancakes, the waitress took off to the kitchen. she returned with the biscuits, I had to ask where the rest of my breakfast was, she said she will check on it, my wife had to return her scrambled eggs because they were not cooked on the bottom. after about 10 minutes I finally received the rest of my meal and my wife's new eggs. My meal was Lukewarm at best. the next time we seen our waitress we had to ask for a refill for our coffees. finally, time to leave and we get our check, grandma sampler I ordered is broken up on the Bill like sides. I told my wife to just pay the dam thing; I am done with this place. She paid and we left.

Maybe it was just one of them days. Our first time was phenomenal, which is why we went back. The second time, not so much.

The manager brought out our food. There was no steak knife on the table or brought out with it, so I asked for one. Waited about 10 minutes before we asked again. (Not because we wanted to wait but because they were so distracted or focused on so many things, one couldn't get their attention) when he finally remembered he brought it out and apologized, but then blamed it on the server saying he told her to get us one. When the server finally came to check on us, she apologized for the knife but then turned around and blamed it on the manager who "should have brought it out with the meal." It wouldn't have been a big deal until no one decided to take accountability and began blaming it on the other.

To top it off, my food was overcooked: steak was tough and dry, corn had that mushy squeaky texture from when it's cooked too long. We asked for biscuits and gravy, they brought us out a basket of biscuits with a small side of gravy... (we were confused with this one)

Be mindful if you have more than the generic allergies to food. Their allergy menu only covers the basics. Store is hard to maneuver through to get to the restaurant cause it's overcrowded with retail.

Wheelchair accessibility: Has it but the store part is so crowded with retail it's hard to maneuver to get through to the restaurant

This is not the Cracker Barrel we all knew & loved. The prices are higher, as are most places. BUT the portions are reduced & the quality is horrible.

As an example, 100% maple syrup is now 100% natural syrup - 50% maple, 50% sugar cane.

This was the case with all of our food. The quality was very cheap & you tasted the difference.

I will never go back to another Cracker Barrel.

I ordered to go and first and foremost I was treated like a criminal when I picked up my order, I was required to show my ID even though I gave my name then they said I had to wait so the could confirm I paid which I prepaid and gave a tip. I asked for a burger medium well and it was well done, bun was soggy and no bacon plus they gave me mustard that was old.

Always a great place to grab a bite eat. Last visit, I had a portion of food that was cold; this was quickly remedied when brought to our server's attention.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get around when pushing a wheelchair.

The food was spectacular but I left with a very grumpy boyfriend because they had NO Pokémon cards. Next time, I will be leaving him here.
