Came through the drive-through last night with my girlfriend just to get two blizzards. There was a little bit of a line, but they were moving fast so we didn’t have an issue. We could hear most of the people in front of us that we’re ordering we’re getting ice cream. The gentleman on the speaker was very friendly took our order accurately even informed us that we could get different things in our blizzard if we want to for a little bit of an up charge, which we did without an issue within a couple minutes, we are at the window while we were waiting for our blizzard. I proceeded to talk to the gentleman. He said he was the new store manager and that if we had any questions because we expressed how the last time we were there, it was very slow unorganized, but it seemed to be going faster today. He insured us that from now on it will be faster and every order will be made exactly how the customer wants it. I can’t remember his name off the top of my head, but he had a red beard and was very friendly. He turned over our blizzards without any of it falling out, thank us and asked us to come back again which we will.
Although the food is your usual fast food fare, the sundae with the $7 meal makes it a good value. The main reason for the 5-star review is the excellent service we received from Cole. He took excellent care of my elderly mom & I. Your company is very fortunate to have him in your employ.

Who doesn't love Dairy Queen!! The food is good and the ice cream is so much better. Honestly, the blizzards are all I go for, I just feel guilty not ordering food. They have plenty of flavors of blizzards and ice cream cakes to choose from. The floors are greasy slippery and sticky. This particular location isn't the prettiest or cleanest which I'dsay isnt the employes fault. However, the whole location could use a major upgrade.

waited in the drive thru being the only car in line and was told “we’ll be right with you” waiting 15 minutes. said “hello?” “we’ll be right with you” and waited another 20 minutes. ended up leaving because no one was there to help or answer. meanwhile there were about 7 other cars in line behind us. the people who work there are immature and were too busy inside playing on their phones and purposely putting off orders so they didn’t have to work. do better.

Normally, I love DQ but today was just sad. Went in with my son and husband, we were the only ones in line and no one was at the front. The workers in the back kept looking at us but didn't come to say anything to us. We waited about 5-10 minutes before leaving. So upsetting.
