I came there with my family (5 of us). The food was so dry. The women there was nasty and rude. I was embarrassed to use my Denny's coupon. They acted as if they didn’t know how to process the coupon. It was embarrassing in front of a lot of people the way I was treated when processing the payment 4x then they asked me to move to the side why they took other people and I had to wait. Then when I made my payment. They had to swipe my card several times. And over charged me. I spend over $130.00. The bathroom was disgusting. The bathroom stalls was overflowing. It shows that no one is there to clean up the restroom or properly sanitize the bathroom. I felt ashamed to bring my family there. Denny’s is not like what he used to be. so disappointed.

This Denny's (Circero NY) was not busy. It is in need of a major renovation. It is very dated (see photos). They burger I ordered looked like it was formed out of left overs. I know Denny's is having some problems. I was disappointed to learn the Denny's near the Syracuse Airport (N. Syracuse) was closed. My opinion, it was much better in every aspect and was much busier than this one. BRING BACK DENNY'S N. SYRACUSE!!!!¡!

One Waitress was All Alone, taking orders and seating. The manager had to bring our drinks. We waited patiently and were not disappointed!! Service was excellent and food was delicious!
Definitely understaffed but the service was still very good and hospitable, the food on the other hand was not. Over toasted bread was very hard inedible crust parts on the super bird and chicken bacon ranch sandwiches. Mozzarella sticks were good as usual.

Food maybe good sometimes but other times it's horrible, come friday or saturday after midnight and youll be there til 3am waiting for gross food. not worth an hour and a half wait even on a good day.

So you guys decided to reduce the milkshake portion by 25% but keep the price the same? And a staple of dennys milkshakes was we always got the tin with the little extra in it. You took that away too? Are profits marginal really that low? I will never order a milkshake again because of this. Even your long term waitress agreed this is ridiculous. I highly suggest you undo this, advertise it and apologize to your customers. Very bad call guys. Also my girlfriends california club had 2 little tiny pieces of avocado on it. Keep reducing quantities of stuff and you are going to lose your customers. We've been going to this dennys for 20 years. We probably wont be going back.

I absolutely love the Denny's in Cicero, NY. The staff here are some of the friendliest around—always welcoming and attentive. The food is consistently good every time we visit, which keeps us coming back.
A special shoutout to our server Chaydon, who always makes the experience even better with his unique sense of humor. He never fails to make us laugh! Even if he does charge me to tap to pay 😉 We've also been in a few times during the day, and the manager, Charisse, is absolutely fantastic. You can tell she really cares about both her team and the customers.
