Over the years some of my favorites have changed in taste so I was a little disappointed with my meal. But both my GrandBabies💗💙 enjoyed theirs. The service was

Any Denny's I go to seems the tables have left over plates from previous customers. Not very pleasant to walk into.

Shortstaffed. Waiter was great, breakfast took 45 min in dining room that had 15 empty tables then hash browns were half charcoal!!

So, it wasn't packed, and plenty of tables, but they told me food would be at least a 45 minute wait. Decided not to wait. At least they were honest.
Love the decorations

The 9- grain pancakes were terrific!! When my wife said that the coffee wasn't hot, our server immediately brought us a fresh, hot pot.

I recently dined here and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. I ordered chicken tenders and fries—the fries were good, but the chicken tenders were severely overcooked. My friend ordered a burger, which was served undercooked, resulting in food poisoning.
I understand that the staff was under pressure, as the PVM drama club arrived late at night, and there were only two waiters and one chef working. However, the restaurant had two weeks' notice to prepare for our large group, which makes the lack of readiness concerning.
Additionally, I found the prices to be quite high. For a soda and chicken tenders, my total was $19.96, which did not match the quality of the food.
While I acknowledge the effort of the limited staff, the overall experience—considering the food quality, price, and preparation—was disappointing, and I do not plan to return.

The recording and a person said they were open christmas Eve, actually 24 hours, but we went there in Cicero per tradition, and guess who was closed? If you're closed for that evening, don't tell people you're open. We get you want it off, but don't say you're open when you're not. What a waste of time for people to get there and find at 8:30 -9 pm they still need to cook dinner, at home, a half hour away. That's bad business.

THIS IS NOT THE WAY DENNY'S SHOULD GO BYE,BYE THEY MUST BE SCRAPPING THE ICKY FLOORS & USING IT AS A FLAVOR ADDITIVE. IT WAS UNREAL, WE LOOKED AT EACH OTHER, FOR UP, WALKED OUT. WE WERE NICE & A THEY DESERVE BETTER WORK ENVIRONMENT. YOU'VE BEEN BETTER, GREAT, BEEN TO A LOT IF YOUR LOCATIONS TO EAT, LAUGH & TO SOBER UP.
