What a magical meal. My husband and I drove up to Syracuse in a snowstorm and decided to stop here for a late dinner and we had phenomenal service from Amy! She was kind, lovely, and efficient! The food was equally as wonderful as the service! We give this Denny’s a 10/10!

I ordered the T-bone Steak and Eggs with Wheat Toast, Home Fries. The toast had green mess on it. The rest of the meal was very greasy with the exception of the eggs which was the best part of this meal. Will never return here for a late night meal after a hard long day of work… A very unsatisfied and disappointed customer…..

9:35 p.m. on 11/20/25 I pull in I'm the only car in the front walk-in there's no chef cook whatever for at least 4 minutes when he comes out and starts doing his job, he looks at me doesn't say nothing, there's no waitress server anywhere to be found, for eight and a half minutes while I stood there at the podium hoping that someone would come up I don't know if they're on a break or they were in the bathroom, I know that happens, I'm understanding to that, If it is only just one server in the store, but, you would think that someone would have said to the me 'they'll be with you in a few minutes', I got totally ignored, so after 8 to 9 minutes I left so much for having coffee and relaxing.

Came from out of town and stayed overnight nearby. Denny’s is one of our go to’s for breakfast. This was, by far, the worst food we have ever had at a Denny’s. Everything was cold. I asked for well done bacon, it was barely cooked. My husband asked for his pancakes to be hot. They put them in the microwave. Before we even got inside, a woman was standing outside pushing their rewards program. Offering “free something” before we left. As terrible as the food we paid for was, we didn’t even look into what was FREE. 🤢
