Asked for a mango refresher got the drink 90% ice I payed $5 for a drink not ice (I also asked for light ice).Completely forgot my cream cheese I get your in a rush but can you at-least get an order right get more employees 2 people can’t do everything. And maybe actually act like you care about your job.

Not busy and the clerk was fantastic. My bacon, egg cheese on a toasted bagel was just right. And my daughter loved the jelly donut holes. I stop at this location a lot.

I had an online order and they forgot to give me my donut with my drink. Then my grandma tried to order and the waitress came up to us and asked us what we wanted then walked away on the phone. We ended up going to a different store. I am very disappointed and will not be coming back to this location.

I’ve been going here almost every morning for breakfast. everytime i go to the window the lady barely says anything and just hands me my stuff and closes the window. this morning i waited in line for 10 mins and when i got to the speaker to order no one said anything for 20 mins so i just drove off.

This is the closest Dunkin to where I live but I go out of my way to go to a different one. The food is NEVER fresh, croissants always burned, sometimes it’s inedible. Even the coffee is worse in quality. Take the 5 minutes to go to the next one over, it’s worth it
Got a bagel sandwich from a dunkin donuts in 31 in cicero just now . The bagel was as hard as a rock and the hash browns were a waste of money. should have used that bagel for a door stop at the front door. I Didn't have time to turn around and return this junk. What a waste. ill make sure to pass by next time. Thanks for nothing.
