Ordered a frozen coffee at this location on the Dunkin app. Got there they told me their frozen machine is down (it was down 3 months ago when I came as well) so they would refund me at the window which is fine. I get to the window, the older woman with short hair (says she is the manager) can’t figure out how to refund me because I ordered on the app. Then she says my account on the app that I order on everyday is inactive and to come back to this location tomorrow to be refunded or go to a different Dunkin and have them make my drink and gave me my drink sticker. Which isn’t how that works considering they're all owned by different people. Then I said why don’t you just give me the 5.71 in cash from the drawer and she said she can’t do that either. So no coffee or refund for me I guess 👍🏼

VERY LOW STAFFED!! Don't even think about going inside the store, it will take longer. The seating area was really dirty too (probably because there is like 3 staff members) Ordered online yesterday but literally didn't have any of the donuts I ordered when they said my order was ready for pickup?? Even when we called no one answered the phone yesterday so we had to do a mobile pickup.

They were completely closed at 7:50 pm even though they are suppose to be open until 8. Was just looking for gift cards. Went to drive through and said they had no cash, i said great, i will pay by credit card. Gor a dirty look.....

It’s extremely awkward the employees are putting out a gratuity jar in your face at the drive-through. They are not bartenders or servers..but they are expecting tips? Weird

The counter that they make your food on is absolutely disgusting. Looks like they haven’t even cleaned it since the night before. They give you attitude when they get your order wrong not to mention you go inside and wait 10 minutes to even have then bat an eye at you. I ordered the simple stuffed bagel minis and a coffee only to have cheese all over the wrapper of my food when I did not order anything with cheese.

Slowest service, I had to leave after waiting 10 mins after I paid. Still had 2 cars in front of me and they were averaging almost 5 mins a car

This morning we ordered a coffee cake muffin and a pumpkin muffin. The coffee cake muffin was very good as always. The pumpkin muffin had no trace of pumpkin. It was not the usual color, flavor or consistency. Huge disappointment!!! Additionally my coffee decaf coffee was not hot.

Laughable how slow and incompetent the staff is at this location. About 7 people working, however god forbid you go inside. The workers inside of Dunkin’ Donuts locations along with McDonald’s only care about the drive thru. I placed an online order 40 minutes ago, app told me it was ready. I show up inside the store all the associates are in the back, all 7 of them see me walk in and continue to ignore me. Then I tell them the name of my order (after waiting nearly ten mins for someone to walk over) and the lady looks down and the machine that spits out to go orders and rips my receipt fresh off the machine. NO ONE EVEN LOOKED AT IT YET UNTIL THAT MOMENT. incompetent derelicts is all fast food joints can find anymore. Overworking and underpaying their employees and they tell them to ignore customers who actually take the time to park their cars because god forbid someone doesn’t want to eat inside their cars.
There was a female staff member bullying the man making the food orders. Degrading him for taking too long to make the orders and telling him they wouldn’t get tips because he was slow. Deciding not help him but put him down. It was so sad to see a grown woman act that way in a workplace — especially in front of customers.

Choose a different DD location! To many crabby old women work at this location!!! I have never been talked to more snotty then from the old bitties that work here, I know you're miserable, old and don't want to work but customer service is not your strong suit!

They had to make my sandwich different due to no sourdough bread. Then they forgot my hash browns. Had to go in the store where I was given 4 hash browns that were thrown in a bag. Also given dirty looks from the manager the whole time. Hey if you can't get a simple order right you might want to get a different job. Horrible customer service.
