Stood at the register for about six minutes waiting to order totally ignored. Seems their focus was only on the drive-through. Must be one of the employees came in on his day off. They stepped right to the register, took his order ahead of mine absolutely terrible customer service.

This is the best Dunkin in Cicero!! The staff is always so friendly and their food is never burned compared to other locations nearby. I will always go to this Dunkin!

The drive thru is the slowest I have ever seen! I sat in line for 25 minutes today for a coffee. There were 2 cars in front of me waiting to order and no car at the window. We just sat there until we were told “Sorry we can’t take any orders we have too many food orders to take care of.” The drive thru should be separate from the cafe part. It’s getting worse and worse every day!

Put an order in at 7:15 for 8:15 pickup. Order completed at 8:45 after complaining twice when. It was apparent no one was working on it. Comped me 20 dollars on a 100 dollar order.

Disappointing Experience
We visited this location and were disappointed by both the service and the quality of the beverages. After purchasing food and drinks for four people, we were shocked to be charged for water—it should be a basic courtesy for paying customers. On top of that, the coffee was incredibly weak and tasted more like water than actual coffee. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and we won’t be returning.

This is the only store I will go to for my frozen coffee because they are the only one that make it correct.
Except this morning, I went inside because the drive thru was so long. I used the kiosk because there was a line of people trying to order inside; Yet why have the kiosk when I was done ordering I watch and waited for everyone in line order there food and drink and leave before I even got my drink.
Then when I received my drink it was not filled all the way and extra soupy when its suppose to be frozen.
Then when I was leaving the workers were telling people walking into use the kiosk to order.
Very disappointed in the service and atmosphere inside the building. Definitely will stay inline at the drive thru next time.

Clean easy access need to train staff better. To slow in and out most of the time order is wrong they are friendly but DON'T expect to be in and out.

they are very lazy. and i MEAN this. the snack n bacon you get will be from hours prior, hard, and cold. they very rarely put the cream cheese on the bagel, but they will give you a plastic knife and a thing of cream cheese to do it yourself.
Don’t worry about asking for lite ice, they’ll give you an entire cup of it and give you more ice than your drink. I ended up having to wait more than 20 minutes for an order of snack n bacon and a bagel, which when it came out it was cold. i ended up having to go in there myself to grab it because they forgot they told us to pull forward. they have absolute terrible service. NOT TO MENTION THEYRE ALWAYS OUT OF EVERYTHING!!

Store was completely shut down for a large order. Waited more than 15 minutes for an order that I placed ahead of time online. Someone finally came to the counter to see what I needed. Told her I was patiently waiting for and order placed 20 minutes ago. She told me based on my attitude I didn't know patience in front of a large group of customers. They don't deserve anyone's time or money.

The food is great. Service is HORRIBLE. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin and a bagel with cream cheese and I got an a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel and hashbrowns. This is like the fourth time that this happened to me. Work on it dunkin.

This is the slowest Dunkin on planet earth. I don’t know if they need to hire more workers or if the current ones need to pick up their pace. I understand that this is a busy location but so are others and the line always goes much quicker. I got in line at 11:14 AM got to the window at 11:30 (it’s now 11:32 and no one has even spoken to me or opened the window). I’m finally leaving at 11:34. 20 minutes in line. I also just got really bad attitude from the girl at the speaker. She kept mumbling her words and I said “Sorry what was that? I can’t really hear you” and with the worst tone possible her response was “I SAID, pull FORWARD” I said “Don’t give me attitude, this is your job” she then went on a rant but I continued to move forward in line. I don’t have time for this.
I go to this Dunkin for convenience sake as I live right down the road but after today I won’t return. Maybe speak to one of the girls who was taking orders today, October 6th at 11:30 AM about how she needs to keep her cool with customers no matter how busy or stressful it gets.
Edit: By the time the order was received our hot drink was no longer hot… it was barely lukewarm. The bagel also wasn’t toasted.
