I normally never have an issue, I was excited that they had gluten free, the last couple times it was great the staff were very respectful that I have celiacs and explained their protocol.
Today I stopped in to get sub and it wasn’t made at the gluten free station. And just didn’t seem to have the same carefulness. Food allergies can be deadly.Paid and left. Cross contamination can make me very sick. Disappointed.

The music that they play in the restaurant is too damn loud I felt like it was in a rock concert You can't hear yourself talk I don't mind different music from different genres but we don't need to have a blasting in there so loud to where you your ears are hurting they need to turn it down. Also the staff they're nice they're polite but they seem to be distracted too easily and they make the customers wait too long.

Ordered a sub through the app with no tomato. When I got home I was surprised to see 4 slimy tomatoes and their guts all over my soggy sandwich. The bread was so wet from...idk what. Didn't taste like vinegar or oil. Maybe water? I put in a customer service ticket through the app, no one replied so here we are. $15 sandwich. Get it right.

My Giant #13 wasn't quite as good as I have had at other locations and I think the only reason why is because the slicer was cutting just a touch too thick. I think it also needed another splash of red wine vinegar. Staff was great and the restaurant was clean.

I wish I took a picture of the sub but it did not last. We split a giant sub between 2 people and it was just the right amount for lunch. The original Italian is absolutely mouthwatering delicious. Good lord the flavor is immense. All the fixings added on with the shakers and some pepper relish. WOW. Left me speechless over half a sub.
