I normally never have an issue, I was excited that they had gluten free, the last couple times it was great the staff were very respectful that I have celiacs and explained their protocol.
Today I stopped in to get sub and it wasn’t made at the gluten free station. And just didn’t seem to have the same carefulness. Food allergies can be deadly.Paid and left. Cross contamination can make me very sick. Disappointed.

Only giving 3 stars because my husband’s sub was fine. Mine on the other hand was literally just meat and mayo. I ordered the club with EVERYTHING on it. So disappointed:(

Food was up to Jersey Mike standards but I don’t think I have ever seen human beings move slower. They were however friendly.
Very dirty dirty store!!!! I seen it all first hand. My very first day working there I was cutting / prepping / on the line making sandwiches, instead of watching safety training videos. No dates on any of the food, everything you see on the line looks good but be glad you didnt see what’s underneath it. Manager is very unprofessional & i highly recommend to everyone do not go to this location. I’m surprised nobody has gotten sick.

First bite of my sub and I almost broke my tooth on a very hard jagged piece of white plastic. Contacted corporate and the store and was told someone would reach out within 48 hours. A week later and nobody has responded or reached out. Can’t in good conscience recommend this location to anyone especially given how seriously they appear to take something like this.

Pulled in at 8:20pm to give this one a first try. Watched as the guy looked at my lights, walked up front, and then started cleaning the flat top just as I walked in. As I walk in… he says grills closed- cold subs only.
Now I see why this location is always empty. lol I came here for a Philly. It takes 5 mins to clean the grill, and you’re still supposed to be open servicing customers for another 40mins. I won’t be back.

Usually they're good but this time we got there and stood waiting, the only ones in line for 10 min while three employees fiddled around doing nothing. Then one of them decided to start cleaning the meat slicer. Left hungry.
Definitely disappointed with this location. The one in Oneida is way better and super clean work area and meat cutting station. We spent $41 to get home and have our sandwich meat still in plastic while on our sub. I don't know how they did not know the meat was being sliced with the plastic still on it. Thank God I didn't give the to our nephew because he might've not noticed and could've choked. Absolutely not acceptable at all and for that kind of money we could have went to a restaurant and had a hot meal. We will not be returning to the Cicero store. We will continue to go the extra 20 min drive to Oneida location. Do better

Love this place, real meat instead of "deli" meat, you can order online pay online, and just go pick up your sandwich or order in person and watch it being made... the flavors are great, and there items are always fresh. Much better then subway or any other sub place I've visited... been going for years, glad they have one here in NY!!

Our sandwiches were made just the way we love them , young lady did a nice job greeting us and getting our order started . Very clean store and nice staff .
