Both times we tried to come on the way from Canada it was closed in the middle of the day. Says it's open on Google, but seems to be closed (maybe for good?) Get ur stuff together , wasted our time

I love Jimmy John's, but this location is constantly closed at random. It's really hard to know when they are open for business. Cars are always lined up at the drive-thru around 7 as it states online they are open until 9, yet they are closed. Today (9/6/22) there was a sign on their door saying they were closed for the whole day all together without reason, and that their normal business hours would be changing to close at 5 every day which now means they are no longer an option for dinner. This location has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Had a Spicy Italian unwrap? It was delicious! I didn't realize what I had ordered, ate it anyway, and was pleasantly surprised!

There is no rhyme or reason to their business schedule. They're always closed now. It's such a waste of time and gas to find them closed.

Rudest employees ever. Absolute worst restaurant service ever. Id give 0 stars if i could . Man working yelled at my 11 year old daughter and I.was told we are not allowed to customize wraps and they only can use parmesean cheese on them. Told they have to put the dressings the wraps and aren't allowed to make them without. Told we could only get chicken on a wrap, not on bread and when asking questions got yelled at my a man working there yelling "have a nice day have a nice day" loudly over top of me trying to understand my options. So we had to leave because clearly we were being intimidated to leave by a grown man inside a restaurant setting. Very disturbing and borderline scary! While manager stood there and said nothing just stared at me. Not ok!

Absolutely the worst restaurant employees, my little daughter and I were intimidated into leaving the store by a male employee yelling at us. Was told we were not allowed to choose what cheese would be on our wraps, told we could only have chicken if it was on a wrap not bread and that they wouldn't make the ceaser wrap without the dressings. While I was asking questions to understand why I was unable to customize my food, the man started yelling " have a nice day have a nice day" repeatedly over top of my voice. Manager stood there and just stared at me. So we left because clearly we didn't feel safe being yelled at by a grown man and noone would tell him to stop. We left with smiles on our faces so I could show my daughter the correct way to handle a situation like that and not be dragged down to that level of rudeness. What kind of man does that to a woman and child? What kind of manager let's it continue to escalate!? Very disappointed and borderline scared. Will not be returning and will ensure other people know how this location treats its customers!

Pulled up to the drive thru at 8:10, they're supposed to be open till 9. The 2 people working decided they wanted to close an hour early today while leaving all signs on and a 5 car line in the drive thru just sitting there wondering. Find new people to work there because these 2 can't seem to handle their job.

Jimmy John's sandwiches are always amazing and service was great and extremely friendly.
They put meat on our veggie sub and we had to throw it away. I contacted corporate and was told ‘Mistakes happen,’ and that they would pass along my information to the store owner. That was three days ago and I haven’t received a refund or anything. Very disappointed.Edit: As stated in my original review, I have already reached out regarding this matter and the owner of this location never contacted me.

When you place a delivery order online and wait almost 2 hours for delivery and get nothing and you call for a refund and get attitude from woman who answered the phone and she hangs up on you. I can spend my money someplace else. I don’t even have confidence I will get refund. Workers are so rude!

First and last time visiting Cicero tonight. Sub rolls were rock hard, they never offered for us to pick any toppings or the type of cheese like other sub shops do. Shocked the subs were this bad. Two employees tonight and one acted like she didn't want to work or help customers. Metal in front of glass so you can't even see what is available... When we got home and opened our subs we were so disappointed

This place was great. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Great tasting subs! It also had a drive through! Bathrooms and restaurant was VERY clean!!
