Went here because literally every other drive thru had 4-5 cars except this one. For good reason I'll say. I got the chicken sandwich big box and for around $14 I received the most vile looking chicken nuggets I've ever seen, and the most mediocre fries and chicken sandwich I've ever had the displeasure of eating. The nuggets were so dry, old, and overcooked I couldn't eat them. I threw them to my grandma's dogs and it seems they had an issue choking them down. When the beverage is the only decent part of your meal you know it's bad. Thanks KFC for reminding me it's ok to wait longer at a taco bell drive thru than to eat your sorry excuse for chicken.

Purchased a 16 piece meal and only got 12 pieces! Called and spoke to the manager and she said she packed it herself so I’m wrong. Not only that the chicken is all burnt and look at the size of this little tiny drumstick. It’s all dried out and hardly any fries never again.!!!! Oh I called she was going to make it right after but After she told me, she packed it, Which equates I must be wrong…., And then I said if you’re not going to do anything, I will write a review! Instead, I didn’t bother with a refund or picking up four more pieces of chicken 7 miles away. I just decided to write the review.

Ordered online at 3pm for a 715pm pick up.. got there at 716.. waited 25 minutes for food, order was all there and asked for a phone call.. its been 4 days. No call

We ordered and were asked to drive around and wait by the side door. I am unsure if that is because they get "timed" to see how long a vehicle at how sits at the window waiting for our food or not but we drove to the opposite side of the building and waited as we were asked to do. We waited over 10 minutes... if I hadn't already paid, I would have driven off. I understand that many places are understaffed, but there was nobody inside getting served. There was one other car behind me waiting just as I was. I would not suggest going to this K.F.C.

I've been to multiple locations with KFC. This was not my favorite location, but the convenience of being near multiple shopping centers did offset the location. The dining room was just fine like all their locations.
Service at the front cashier was very good. Employee was very good at his job. All our food was exactly what we ordered. Quality of was delicious.

Visited this location on 6/26/2024 at 5:36 pm the gentleman named Thomas who took our order was very professional and friendly. As I waited for my order, he attended to other customers in the same manner. During 1 of the interactions I witnessed, he accidentally forgot to input a coupon and asked for the manager's assistance. I was appalled by the manager's demeanor, repeatedly telling Thomas that he made a bad mistake and it will look like a theft to corporate. The manager was way out of line and clearly doesn't have managerial skills.

It was a long wait for the food. The service left much to be desired. The food was good, the usual KFC chain of foods.
Tried to order on app. Got all confused, couldn't refund already paid order paid out more money for different order. Called home office they took care of refund a.s.a.p.
