Probably one of the worst experiences at a Kfc I’ve ever had went to the KFC drive-through pull up expecting friendly service instead I get a what can I get you at the window? Very monotone seem like the girl hated her life hated working there. I just wanted a simple chicken sandwich combo with fries and a drink. That was it. Two cars ahead of me in line waited for what seemed like 10 minutes to get to the window to cash out once I get up there there’s a short girl with long hair, no hat on glasses those stupid pimple patches on her face that are shaped like stars mind you black stars Justin horrible all around attitude not very friendly kept getting on her phone in the window while I was waiting for my food I paid she quickly handed me back my card not even a thank you come back again. I asked for her name she didn’t give it to me. I then left and went to work got into work got ready to eat my lunch and lo and behold, what’s in the wrapper? . I then left and went to work got into work got ready to eat my lunch and low and behold, what’s in the wrapper but one of the black star patches The patches that help pull the pus and the disgustingness out of people‘s pimples and it was on my food now I don’t know how other places run these, but I instantly got sick. I will never go back to that Kfc ever again. I’ve told all of my employees that work for me which are about 50 to not go back to that Kfc because that girl is disgusting and if something is not done about that, then shame on you Kfc because that should never happen ever And if I had that girl‘s name, I would be able to provide it for people so they knew if they came through when she was working not to get food

Went through the drive through for lunch around 1:30pm. Paid for an 8 piece chicken nugget, got home and opened the box and there were only 5. Had to ask twice for bbq sauce. The food is always good but lately the service has been sub par. Definitely check everything in the bag before leaving to make sure you got what you paid for.

I brought the 6 Hot Wings and Wedges combo, wow ! The littlest Wings i ever seen and the wedges was small and not worth the $11 plus wow kfc

The chicken tenders are hard as a rock. Clearly gave me old food. Absolutely disgusting. I know it is “fast food” but they are giving out barely edible food with terrible service. Biscuits were also burnt and potatoes cold and lumpy. All this after the manager arguing with my wife after they forgot to give us our son’s bucket of chicken. When we called to say they forgot it, they claimed oh no we packed it in the bag. They did not. Asked us if we took “both” bags to which we replied we only had 1 bag and it clearly states 1 of 1 on the receipt. Again, I understand it is “fast food” and it’s KFC, but have some common decency to serve people good food and actual good customer service. It lacks in so many places these days. Not to mention how dirty and disgusting the entire place looks, including the employees. Only reason we even attempt the food here is because our son likes it. From now on we will be spending our money at the other chicken places that are right on the same street. KFC management, do better.

Just picked up my mobile order. I had a double mash on my order that comes with a chicken bucket. Got home saw there was no chicken bucket in my bag. Called the store and the lady told me she packed my order and knows she put it in there under my other tender order. I told her it’s not in the bag and wouldn’t even fit with everything else I had ordered. Then she put another woman on the phone and she again told me they put it in the bag. I told her I will be coming to pick it up and I got an “ok”. Went in got my chicken bucket. Woman said nothing to me other than “sorry about that” under her breath.

Save your time and money. Goto chikfilet next door for premium food and service. This cicero branch. The operations needs serious overhaul. The Kitchens Dirty, and understaffed, the bathrooms are nasty. Im sure theres multiple state health code violations going on behind the counter. The Service is terrible. We waited 23 mins for 2 tender combos. Other waiting customers were also mad at wait times and service. You could feel the tension/stress at the counter. Reader Spend your money else where. There's 4 other chicken restaurants within a quarter mile of here. Stay away!

My chicken breast had a wadded up straw paper underneath the skin. Customer service is basically non-existent. they would not give me my refund only a credit for less than what I paid for the meal. Will never go back there again. Manager is worthless also.

Went here because literally every other drive thru had 4-5 cars except this one. For good reason I'll say. I got the chicken sandwich big box and for around $14 I received the most vile looking chicken nuggets I've ever seen, and the most mediocre fries and chicken sandwich I've ever had the displeasure of eating. The nuggets were so dry, old, and overcooked I couldn't eat them. I threw them to my grandma's dogs and it seems they had an issue choking them down. When the beverage is the only decent part of your meal you know it's bad. Thanks KFC for reminding me it's ok to wait longer at a taco bell drive thru than to eat your sorry excuse for chicken.
