Started out being Welcomed with Amazingly Friendly Customer Service
Steve ordered the Philly Steak Omelet and they made me a Pepperoni, Bacon, Sausage & Broccoli with Swiss and Cheddar Chesse Omelet both were Amazing. Loved how ingredients were mixed into the eggs.
Kim is so friendly and attentive as were all her employees, waitresses and buspeople. They were always cleaning up as soon as the customers left the table and the customers were friendly approached as soon as they walked into the restaurant.

First time trying this diner and after reading the negative reviews I have to disagree! Ordered the cowboy omelet with homefries and itailian toast. Didn't wait to long for the food to arrive and was piping hot and really delicious. Will be making this a regular diner on the weekends! Friendly staff and great food with good portions!

Ordered eggs over easy and they were very underdone. The whites were very runny and watery under the cooked surface. I did not eat my meal. By the time the waitress came back to the table, my friend was already done eating. I told her the issue, she said I'm sorry and walked away. Did not adjust the bill in any way. When we paid she said thank you and I'm sorry, that's it. Paid for a meal that I couldn't eat because they undercooked it. As far as the atmosphere, it is tall white walls with a few small pictures. Very plain and not welcoming. That can easily be overlooked if the food and service were good.

My husband and I were vacationing in the area and wanted a good old family dinner. Kim's Family Dinner was located on Google and seemed to meet the bill. It is a nice size restaurant with mostly booths for seating. The booths are large so we weren't cramped like some places do. We ordered and the waiter was great. Pleasant and funny but also good at his job. The food arrived quickly and hot. The food was tasty and the waiter was attentive without being bothersome. The amount of food and quality was perfect for the price. We will be back when we are in the area again. Great place for Breakfast or lunch as it closes before dinner time, at least when we were there.

I eat there often and have always been treated well. In the rare occasion when there is a problem with the food, it is either replaced or I'm not charged.

The Kiobasa omelet my husband had was delicious. My 2 egg, 2 bacon, 2 links, 2 pancakes was really good too. It was too late for me to have coffee but someone said it was awesome. I WILL try it next time. They also had sourdough toast which I have not seen very often.
