Long wait time due to front of house staff not paying attention and acting like they dont know what's going on. Or they really just dont know what's going on. Had to repeat 1 drink order 4 times back to the speaker box. It was an orange soda. What else could possibly sound like that? 2 wraps i ordered (supposed to be ranch and buffalo) had no sauce at all. Lucky for us they followed through with 2 sauces per 10 piece and I could add some BBQ to my otherwise terribly overcooked and bland wraps. Seemed to be 1 man in the entire store actually doing any work and following up on orders. Should probably move the girl at drive thru to a position more suitable for her talents, like solely working the fountain and doing literally nothing else.

The adult happy meal is a joke. Cost $31.78 for two meals and then could only order a milk shake with it instead an ice tea as requested. Huge price for someone who is on a fixed budget, and then you get a game. My happy meal mad me very unhappy.

Ordered an egg and cheese bagel, the bagel (which was made up of two bottom halves) was so hard I couldn’t even bite into it. Makes me think it was both burnt and stale.

Absolutely aweful. Must of been 12 people working and they were all fooling around talking personal junk. When I got my order large fries were half full and they messed up the hamburger order. They need more supervision and need to clean up the cooking area A waste of 30.00 it never used to be like that

Very long wait in drive thru. Almost 45 minutes later. No sauce for the chicken nuggets Happy Meal as well as 3 fries in one box and asked for double fries in the other meal. Got apple slices.
Waited about 20 minutes for our food which came to us completely wrong. Never gave us our drinks had to go back and ask. Was only us and two other people there and nobody in the drive thru. Fries were cold and stale. The other customers had the same complaints as us.
