This is my go-to McDonalds. Not because I want to, but because that is the only McDonalds that delivers through DoorDash near me. Over the years, it has become worse and worse. The food quality is disgusting. The orders are almost never 100% correct. Today was my last straw. I ordered a happy meal for my nephew, and a Big Mac meal for me. There was no happy meal, and my big mac meal was drowning in mac sauce. We had to share my meal because the workers are incapable to check an order. They apparently no longer use mustard either, as my cheeseburgers never have any on there and when I've ordered mustard packets, they just give me a bunch of ketchup. They also apparently are running out of straws as this is about the 10th time I have not received straws for drinks. This will be the place I avoid as much as possible.

Horrible food quality. I tried calling the restaurant to speak with management about the issue called three times nobody picked up the phone. This location is poor quality And lack of care is absurd people work hard for their money and they want their food at least halfway decent

Genuinely get the worst experience possible every time I happen to stop at this location. As I leave this review I’ve been in line behind 1 car at the window for over 15 minutes for the car in front of me to get 2 sodas. As the manager of a business 5 minutes down the road it would embarrass me to think mi customers will receive faster service but driving to a location farther away do you can save on wait time.

One of the worst McDonald’s in line for at least 20 minutes. The staff is extremely rude. My lady was on her phone while I waited at the window to pay. I had to honk my horn and then she got irritated. Please avoid this McDonald and I’ll go down the street to the one on 31.

I’m writing to address an issue with a recent order I received from your location. The quality of the food fell noticeably below the standard I expect from McDonald’s. Items were prepared inconsistently, the temperature was off, and overall it reflected a lack of attention to detail.I work in an environment where consistency and reliability matter, and I expect the same from the businesses I choose to support. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen this decline, and it’s starting to affect my confidence in this location.
