We waited almost 45 minutes for our three cheeseburgers and a chicken nuggets tonight. Unfortunately, there was no apology and they stored our bag of food next to an open window and everything was ice cold. We won't be back to this location. Pretty unintended late night for the kiddos.

The staff is doing too much with the DoorDash option. They are forgetting things more. They are losing track of orders, and the place is too small. What happened to McDonald's being for the kids? Where's the playground? The McDonald's characters? The meat on the burger is always cold by the time I get my Big Mac, The fries are always too hot to eat. But the insides are very slushy and soggy.

Nothing like waiting 30 minutes for fast food while the restaurant is empty and the people working here have zero sense of urgency. A lady with short blue hair threw my order on the counter, after she decided it was time to stop playing on her phone in the booth and go to work. The rest of the employees were just kids with TikTok brain and zero personality. Multiple mistakes with my order including missing item….

This is one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Some of the employees are nice and they try, but their hands are tied. The food taste like crap for the price point. It always tasted like crap but it was reasonably priced back in the day. $1 McDouble fair enough. Now they are charging premium pricing for low quality food. The drive through is a nightmare. Takes me about 15-20 minutes to get through drive through and it’s hard to get out because you have 3 to 4 cars pulled ahead still waiting for their order. So I hope management sees this and evaluate what’s going on with their service line and improve on it
I don't think I'll ever go back to this McDonald's. The manager used to sell me weed when I was a teen and she should stick to nickles and dimes cause she could NOT handle the volume McDonald's gets

The new owners are not very good. Bad service, incorrect orders, dirty tables, and for some reason, there are no napkins. Why are there no napkins. All the old employees that used to be happy are now miserable.
