They have inexperienced workers, too busy laughing and joking to check people out properly and when they finally do they hand me the wrong thing even though i had a special request that costs more. Abhorrent workers.

Absolute theft. I’ve been going here for years and after today I will no longer be going to Moes. They skimped every step of the process yet there was an employee making their own food adding multiple servings to theirs. Don’t site inflation and force the customer to cover the cost of their meals while shorting them on their own. I paid $18 for a bowl that ended up with majority rice, a half ladle of queso and a pinch of cheese. I know 100% that they did not even meet their own portion standard and if so it’s criminal. I do not know how they are still in business with the employees struggling to meet the minimum standard of customer service, common sense, and the unnecessary cost to portion.

Service was great. The two ladies working were sweet, patient, and great with kids. Food looked like it had been sitting out for a bit and was dry before adding chipotle ranch (or any sauce). The bathrooms were disgusting to the point where I wouldn't use them.
Kid-friendliness: Staff were sweet to children and there were booths available for kids to sit easily.

There are only 2 people on staff and they are going back and forth complaining about how they're the only two working and someone probably won't show up for work because they didn't yesterday.
They were so distracted by their yapping it took them quite awhile to finish the online order before they'd get to us. Horrible customer service and tremendous failure by management to ensure the store isn't staffed for a Friday lunch.

Food here sucks. I always think of Moes as Chipotle’s ugly cousin. It has alot of the same ideas but seasoning is off and food quality is terrible. I ordered the tequila chicken burrito which was hard to get down. Chicken was dry , they were actually poring some sauce on it no doubt to try and moisten it . Green salsa at the salsa bar tasted sour like it had spoiled. Waste of money.

Dear Moe's Southwest Grill Management,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a series of serious concerns I recently encountered at your establishment. As a long-time customer who has always enjoyed the food and atmosphere at Moe's, I was deeply disappointed with my latest visit.Firstly, the state of the bathrooms was appalling. They were dirty and unkempt, reflecting a complete disregard for basic hygiene standards. This is not only unacceptable but also poses a health risk to your customers. Also, I understand it’s a bathroom, but the disgusting smell of stale urine all over! Accompanied by the doo-doo stains left in the toilet bowl, it is truly revaulting.Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired. The floors were sticky, the tables were not properly cleaned, and the general ambiance was far from the welcoming environment I have come to expect from Moe's.Moreover, the staff on duty appeared to be childish and inexperienced. The only professional worker last evening was what I would assume is the store manager. She was an older woman short pony tail working the register. Other than than their behavior was unprofessional, and they lacked the basic courtesy and efficiency needed to provide a pleasant dining experience. There was a young gentleman working who kept saying something about earning a gold star! Like get real brother. This was further exacerbated by their poor grooming and lack of presentability, which is not reflective of the high standards Moe's claims to uphold.I urge you to address these issues promptly. Clean and maintain your establishment to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for your customers. Additionally, please invest in proper training and grooming standards for your staff to ensure they represent your brand with the professionalism it deserves.I hope to see significant improvements on my next visit, and I look forward to hearing from you regarding the steps you will take to rectify these concerns.

I was missing items in my pick up order and when I contacted them through their website I was told that they would give me %15 off my next meal. So in order for them to fix something they messed up, I have to spend more money at their restaurant. No thanks, pass on a company ran like this.

The manager was forced to work with a broken arm. It seems like the company could have sent her to the ER to get checked out instead of making her work her shift.
