Great Atmosphere, very home like vibes. employees are very nice and personable. very nice place to just sit back relax and just talk if you’d wish. the power teas taste great and give you a great burst of energy if you need that pick me up. the protein shakes are always top notch and have a massive variety of flavors. and don’t even get me started on the waffles. HIGHLY recommend the protein waffles. As a big gym goer i recommend this place to everyone in and out of the gym. the prices are not any more or any less then your dunkin or starbucks. but instead are 20x healthier!

I was super excited to find this place because I love smoothies, smoothie bowls, and anything where I can get a little extra protein and nutrition.
Additionally, the person who helped me was super nice and very friendly!
Unfortunately, I got a smoothie bowl that was inedible because of the freezer burnt berries on it and the grittiness of the smoothie itself. I wasn't a huge fan of them using an over-the-counter protein granola (Nature Valley), which is high in sugar, but that was honestly the best part of the bowl.
The other item I got was a tea, which kind of tasted like a watered down liquid IV. It didn't really have much flavor and also had a super gritty texture because it was a powder they mixed with cold water.
Imagine my surprise when I paid $23 (no prices are listed that I saw) for things I couldn't eat or drink. As someone who practices wellness and likes to eat close to the source, I can't imagine all of these powders are actually healthy.
