Placed an order, paid online, had a confirmation, they were busy and overwhelmed and told us there was no order for us, even though the app said it was done and ready for us. We left with no food and no refund and a lot of angry patrons around us. Apparently we weren't the only ones.

We ordered for delivery tonight. Both pizzas turned out excellent! The boneless wings are delicious with plenty of sauce. The bacon cheddar cheesey sticks are pretty awesome. Our door dasher was quick and didn't just leave the food and dash away so that's awesome. Overall I'll definitely order from this location again!
Purchased $75 worth of pizza and wings from this place for family dinner after not eating pizza hut in about 20 years. It will be another 20yrs before I try again. Pizza was complete garbage. The 12 bone in mild wings were good.

I can't say anything against the service as I got takeout. I will, however, comment on the pizza. I haven't had Pizza Hut in years and thought I'd give them a shot. Normally when I go for cheaper pizza, I order from Little Caesars. I wish I had today. I ordered the Pepperoni lovers and that was the only highlight. The crust was still soggy and very bland tasting. So next time, I'll spend the $12 at LC over the Huts $25!

Blown away by the kind service in this location. Staff was friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to make my 4 year old happy which is much appreciated. They gave him coloring pages upon his request with our take out order, and even sent him home with a pack of crayons. It's obvious the staff here cares about what they do and it's so refreshing to see these days!
