Got home with the pizza tonight and its literally half raw dough. They must have dumped 3 pounds of cheese on this pizza and it isnt even melted. Ate a slice so it will be interesting to see if i get sick.

Went in there to get a pizza and seen some boss yelling at this female worker she looked new as a business owner my self that's not how you speak to your employees you don't need to yell to get your point across ! Do better Pizza Hut and my name is Timothy Ford.

I haven’t been to a Pizza Hut with this level of caring for their customers since I was young. Our server Jessica was phenomenal, all of our food was hot she was very attentive my family and I had a wonderful experience. 10/10 recommend

If I could give a negative 5 review I would. My driver delivered to apartment 1. There are only 2 apartments and each mailbox is clearly marked. I tipped them for what reason? My pizza and mozzarella sticks- disgusting. I can't even say bad- they were DISGUSTING. Mozzarella sticks appeared to be microwaved for 5 minutes. Not crispy and the cheese was cold and not even a little melted. My pizza- the dough was still raw. Cupped pepperoni? I counted 5 pieces. This was a large pizza. The caramelized onions? Raw. Very salty after I had to bake it again. Never- never again. If I could give negative 5 stars, I clearly would.

This was the most disgusting pizza I ever ate went to the one one route 11 the ham was so hard I couldn't chew it the mushrooms were disgusting and paid over $60 for this disgusting meal I will never go into a pizza hut ever again

Placed an order, paid online, had a confirmation, they were busy and overwhelmed and told us there was no order for us, even though the app said it was done and ready for us. We left with no food and no refund and a lot of angry patrons around us. Apparently we weren't the only ones.
Very nice, clean environment! Staff was super friendly and efficient, pizza was great! Booths were a little small for us but I'm not a wee person!

Order food at 5: 11pm still waiting tried to call the store to cancel my food got hung up on. Ended up having to turn the oven on when I didn't want to to cook my daughter something for dinner.
