After years of purchasing coffee at the Route . 11, Cicero, New York Starbucks, my husband and I will never go there again.
It is completely due to the insults and accusations We received from the Manager.
Now when you go to a such a Business often as we do, mistakes occasionally happen. That is understandable and the staff has always been accommodating. They do not accuse you of trying to take advantage of then for the difference of a Dollar.
