I have no problem with the service. But I do think some baristas need to train to do handcraft drink. I use to order 6shots macchiato in city. But I don’t even want to try again with here since it never taste the same and always taste milky. So then I order 9shots flat white. It’s been ok for some days and some days not. Sometimes taste / look like not even 9shots. Today as usual I order again and it tastes just like a black coffee with a splash of milk. We paid the full amount of what we want. Just wish could have getting what we expected.

Absolutely disgusted with the lack of maturity in their workers. I had to wait over 20 minutes for a simple chai latte. Sydney needs to spend a little more time making the drinks and doing her job and a little less time gossiping and giggling with her friends. I expect better.

Normally have no issues with this location other than long waits, but I tried to order a drink today as part of the free cold foam promotion. I specifically asked to make sure this location was doing the promotion through the app before placing my order and they confirmed they were, but I was still charged full price.

Starbucks.com says they are offering a free coffee to Veterans this Veterans Day. Unfortunately the Cicero NY Starbucks is not supporting Veterans this year

I would give this place a 4 if it wasn't for the manager. I've had issues here before that seemed like a management issue even though the customer service and coffee is always been good.. recently this location shut down for 3 days and did not even notify the Starbucks 1 mi away and they were overloaded and not prepared they might not be the same management but it would have been a nice courtesy. And today I saw someone in jeans going to cars and telling them something but then continue to let the rest of us sit in line for 10 minutes only to make it all the way to the speaker only to have him come and tell me they were closed so I just feel it could be run a little better little more professional
Guy who was taking orders in at the drive through was rude. Sounded miserable and was very short with me when I asked a question. 9:10-9:15 or so today.

There is a rude woman who works in the drive-thru. She has face and head coverings. Never greets anyone. Never says anything but sometimes the total. No thank you nothing. Someone who works at a customer facing job should probably not work with customers if she is going to hate her job/customers. And other people I've talked to have had the same experience with just her. I dread coming here and getting her at the window especially when I say hello, thank you ect. I guess if I didn't want to talk and grunt then I would want her to serve me.

I. Went through drive through to get my daughter A mint. Majesty, because she was sick. The drive-thru person decided to upcharge me on every single pump of Creamer.And hunny and was going to charge me 6.10 for the drink any time I have ever got it I has been 4.37 The lady at the window also told me that if they did it for that price before it was just a courtesy. I went up the road to target and got it for the right price

Nobody is the lobby, drivethough was going pretty fast but was told a 30 min wait, and the excuse was to there’s a deal and there’s other drinks before, makes zero sense when drive though is going fast no orders on the counter and nobody inside, i come here everyday you’d think id be taken care of, instead turned away because of a wait that make no sense I understand if there was 15 people inside but there wasn’t. Most of the workers are lazy and rude and barley know how to make a drink anyways.

Quick breakfast run. Got blonde flat white & hubby got caramel macchiato. We used the app to pre-order. Also shared a bacon & egg sandwich. Very tasty. The store is kept clean. Staff are friendly.
