Just went through the drive thru. It was quick. The man who took my order and served me was extremely friendly and nice. I feel like I never get friendly nice people at drive thrus anymore and he really made my day! Thank you- Theo (dog)

This morning at 5 AM, I was the first in line to buy a Berista cold cup. A man opened the door and asked if I was there to buy a Berista One. I said yes. He said they didn't have that model. I asked why, since I called yesterday and they had three or four. He said it depended on how many they sent to our store. As I was about to leave, the man behind me very deliberately grabbed a Berista cold cup (which was surrounded by Hello Kitty plush toys). After the checkout, I went over to him and asked why the man who said they didn't have it had it. The cashier told me he was sorry, he had already paid. It's hard not to suspect they hadn't coordinated beforehand. If we had both looked for the cup at the same time and I couldn't find it while you did, I wouldn't suspect anything. But for this guy to deliberately grab it when I hadn't looked, as if he knew where it was, is very suspicious. I think everyone is equal. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

This is the second time they have made my Cold brew wrong. Paying $10 for a coffee you would think that it would be at least right. Barely any ice, no lined mocha, no flavor, and half my cup was filled with cold foam not the actual cold brew. Cold foam is a topper, not the drink itself…Very disappointing. I didn’t have time to turn around to have them fix it, as I get a coffee on my way to work like normal people do.

Absolutely LOVE this location. They work hard to keep the drive through moving whenever they can and I always see them moving and grooving in the lobby too! I’m always greeted with a smile and my friends in the drive through make my morning pick ups fantastic! I will say, the male manager that works there is miserable. He’s never in a good mood and as far as making connections with customers, he’s 0/100 for me.

Ordered iced matcha latte. No ice and matcha is all watered down and tastes absolutely horrible. However, the service is okay but i do think more training can be made.

It’s 1 star for customer service.
Yes I understand if someone orders something through drive thru it states a certain amount of time.
BUT, they were rude and made it seem like such a huge inconvenience to go after ordering 4 minutes ago.
“Umm it’s the weekend can you give us 10 minutes instead of 4?”
Only 3 other cars in line. Didn’t look like a line inside.

What’s the difference in ordering AT the speaker giving you LESS time, rather than giving you a 4 minute start?

I order from this location often before work and was told today for the first time ever that I was not allowed a free cup of water to go along with my $25+ purchase and would have to buy a water bottle if I wanted water. Bad vibes!

You can no longer just get a Pup Cup like you were able to in the past. You must now order something to get a simple Pup Cup - which is literally a small amount of whipped cream. Really Starbucks? I spend a lot of money throughout the year at all of your locations and buy hundreds of dollars in gift cards at Christmas time and I can't get a dollop of whipped cream for my dog on a hot day?? Shame on your multi million dollar corporation. Will never buy from Starbucks again and will tell everyone I know about your new lousy policy.

This place has went downhill, far downhill! They’ve become so inconsistent with the coffee that I’ve stopped going. I was going twice a day and then cut it to twice a week and now I will NOT give them my business! Couple staff are fantastic and a couple are extremely unfriendly and quite frankly have NO business working there! Simple order and every time get it wrong! Tired of paying extra for Sweet Cream cold foam and they don’t put it on the drink. Now I’ll take my business elsewhere to 7 brew
