Employees are attentive and friendly, and are willing to help. The lawns are nicely manicured.

They solicited money from me here, wanted extra money for drinks for nothing. How disgusting and unethical methods. I definitely will be going to another Starbucks instead of this one!

i went to the starbucks on west gennessee street in fairmount, ny across from target not the one in target. I ordered my drinks at 11:44am. i only waited 5 minutes until I was able to order, which was fine. But when I tell you there was a person on the front of the counters standing there talking to customers instead of helping the 4 girls that were back there ACTUALLY doing the drinks and food. it's 12:26pm and I finally got my last drink. I ordered 4 drinks. 3 frapps and 1 iced chai. I got my 3 frapps which were ordered LAST at 11:52am. The worker doing the hot espresso or lattes was the one giving main time waits every time someone came in or asked about their drink. this lady who was sitting in the lobby Before I got there was still waiting on her drink about 5 minutes before I got my last drink, which was my chai, she got hers. The workers looked miserable. Told us constantly she was working on drinks from 30 minutes before we got there when it was 11:50am! I'm extremely not pleased because I was so upset I couldn't drink my drink due to me being preoccupied about my chai. I know how customer service works. I worked at dunkin for 4 1/2 years. I've been there done that. I understand the frustration these girls were put through, but if that person on the front was helping them when she knew the wait time was long she should've helped. Either get more staff or more machines. all of my frapps are now melted and the only drink that tastes remotely okay is the chai. when I told the workers about how long me and another customer had been waiting I told them they shouldn't be telling us how long we are waiting. Guessing times on how long drinks will take is giving false hope to EVERYONE! I don't suggest going here on holiday weekends especially when they have short staff!

I Never usually leave reviews but I went parked in other parking lot because easier get in and out. Parked like walk anyways but the design is terrible. I went inside and it’s Christmas Eve but surprisingly inside is empty and drive thru not too many cars. But I ordered at 2:05 PM I’m very patient but they were only focused on drive thru and mobile orders understand it’s timed and have be and I’m patient but when it takes me less drive their far away time and took 30 minutes for one drink they weren’t even making anyone inside until we said something that’s just bad. I just wanted coffee and go home spend day inside. Understand I came out on a Holiday but wasn’t that busy. Also she told me and one lady they had tons mobile orders but we ordered before them and waited 30 and other lady 40 minutes that’s just ridiculous and then finally get our drinks. Never again

They don't store the lemonade in the cooler just like all other Starbucks locations. When I order the strawberry acai without ice, it is like room temperature and gives me a stomach ace. When i'd ask for extra lemonade the baristas definitely will put no more than normal, also whenever I would order a drink with light ice it is completely opposite and it's more like a light drink where the staff completely fills the cup with ice. The boy with the beard and glasses keeps the Handcrafted beverages that they make from mobile orders at the drive thru, even though the people would come in the store for them. The staff do not seem to care about their customers and correct customer service.

This is disappointing because we are loyal Starbucks customers and visit our location in Tampa daily. This was the worst Starbucks we have been to. We no exaggeration waited in drive through line for just under 30 mins. And we are not talking about a long line, was barely around the side of the building. Inside wasn’t any better. If we didn’t place a mobile order we would have left. Then to top it off the coffee was terrible, and the cup had sticky syrup on the outside with no sleeve.

Sorry to review this low; however, on more than 1 recent occasion, i have waited in the drive-thru line for a half hour and have not had my order recited back to me, which has led to receiving what I DID NOT order. This is becoming unacceptable at such a “hot” SB location.PLEASE, PLEASE repair the digital menu in the drive-thru that lists order info. It has not worked in years and would help to ensure order precision. It is also an ugly eyesore with sticky residue all over it.Please staff your location properly, update or repair your equipment as needed, and invest more highly and consistently in your customer base. It’s not brain science. I will not be returning until some improvements are made. Thanks for reading!~A Once Loyal CustomerParking: The drive-thru and parking design is horrendous! Make improvements.

They hilariously are now asking for tips. My two small coffees for $15 wasn't enough apparently. I swear Starbucks could pay their employees $100 an hour and still profit with their prices. It's not our job to pay your staff to hand the coffee we purchased out the window.

I’ve been sitting in the drive thru line for about 45 minutes at this point. Have watched people walk in and out that have been ordering at the counter. Sat in silence at the speaker for close to ten minutes until an employee said one word to me. The design of the drive thru blocks you in so you’re entirely stuck and can’t drive off if you have somewhere to be. I understand being busy, but this is just unacceptable even for a Saturday.Update- guy in a Chevy cruise wanted to complain at the window. DO NOT be this guy. Go inside to complain. Everyone in the drive thru is literally stuck behind you when you’re at the window.Total drive thru experience totaled at about 50 minutes.

Staff is miserable. No eye contact, clearly not content. I tried to speak to three separate employees and they didn't respond at all.

I hope this letter finds its way to the highest echelons of Starbucks' management, as it is with a heavy heart and a profound sense of disappointment that I pen this excessively intricate critique of my recent encounter with your establishment. Allow me to regale you with the tale of an overly complex journey that began with lofty expectations but ultimately culminated in a disheartening symphony of mediocrity.Upon crossing the threshold of your glorified caffeine emporium, I was greeted by an eclectic ensemble of employees who appeared to be engaged in a performance akin to a disorganized ballet. Their movements were choreographed with a lack of grace, suggesting a dearth of training or a pervasive sense of disinterest. Alas, this lackadaisical display set the tone for my subsequent foray into the world of Starbucks' products. With my optimism intact, I cautiously proceeded to the menu, which was reminiscent of a labyrinthine tome, burdened by an overabundance of choice and excessive descriptions. It is a confounding exercise in verbosity to navigate through an array of seemingly innumerable concoctions, each adorned with whimsical adjectives that obscure their true nature. After meticulously perusing this epic saga masquerading as a menu, I decided to partake in the fabled Pumpkin Spice Latte, rumored to be an embodiment of autumnal bliss. What ensued can only be described as a catastrophic perversion of flavor. The beverage, touted for its ability to evoke the essence of seasonal spices, was disappointingly cloying, devoid of nuance, and unabashedly artificial. It was as if the spices themselves had been forged in the fiery depths of a mass production facility, rather than being derived from the hallowed traditions of natural ingredients. As my despair grew, I felt compelled to delve deeper into the abyss of Starbucks' offerings. With a tinge of trepidation, I ordered the Caramel Macchiato, a classic beverage that has earned its place in the annals of coffee history. Alas, what was presented to me was a tepid concoction of lukewarm milk and diluted espresso, with a superfluous drizzle of caramel, masquerading as a semblance of artistry. The flavors were underwhelming and lackluster, lacking the harmonious balance that is the hallmark of a truly exceptional macchiato. To compound my discontent, the ambient atmosphere within your establishment was reminiscent of a bustling railway station during rush hour. The cacophony of conversations and the clattering of cups drowned out any semblance of tranquility, further eroding the possibility of finding solace in my substandard beverages. In conclusion, I implore you, dear reader, to reflect upon the intricate tapestry of disarray that Starbucks has woven. A gargantuan menu marred by verbosity, coupled with lackluster execution, has transformed what should be an oasis of caffeinated delight into a convoluted realm of dissatisfaction. It is my fervent hope that you embark upon a journey of introspection, armed with the determination to simplify and enhance the core essence of your offerings, in order to restore faith in the minds and palates of discerning consumers.
