never opened on weekends even tho it says they will be, many calls during work hours and not a single answered. emailed and still no response days later, very disappointed really loved this place.

Very disappointed, my friend and I drove 40 minutes to this location just to show up and they were closed, despite the hours on the door and on google saying they were opened. We were really looking forward to getting froyo! This is also the second time this has happened to me. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR HOURS

Drove 40 minutes just to find out this location was not open. The sign on the door said 12pm-9pm and we arrived at 2:50pm. Doors were locked and it was dark inside. Please update the actual business hours at least on the sign on the building.

Haven’t been here in long time. Amazing how far downhill it’s gone. Looks like it’s on its last leg. The most popular flavor is “out of order” being served on at least half the machines. The toppings bar is over half empty and there wasn’t a napkin in any of the dispensers in the store. The floor and benches/walls are very dirty. The only positive was the girl at the register was pleasant. With two people behind the line and only 1 actually working, it would be nice if the other swept or picked up a paintbrush….

It’s sad how this place has been neglected. Over half of the machines either didn’t work or were out of service. The place is grimy and needs a deep clean. We left after getting watery goo from the first machine we tried.

Very dissapointed, stopped in tonight to fine only 4 working yogurt flavors and possible the dirtiest food establishment I have been to in a long time. Dirty machines, utensils, walls, floors etc. Build up of dust on multiple surfaces such as the front door and windows,top of yogurt machines, around the register... I could go on. Dirty cleaning rags hanging from the top windows as if they were thrown there.... does this place even follow basic cleaning procedures anymore? I'd recommend going elsewhere.
