Update: Always check your bag before leaving the window.The quality of food and service has declined. It has been consistently poor quality for long enough that it's the norm now, so I'm compelled to update the review. Orders are frequently wrong, items missing, and they can't even remember to add sauce packets most of the time. Calling them does no good as the majority of the time they don't answer the phone.The food quality isn't good enough to warrant putting up with so much consistent incompetence.2yrs ago: They've upgraded the restaurant since my previous review 4 yrs ago. It's clean with modern amenities.Service has declined and the Drive-Thru takes a while to get through. Staffing issues have caused them to close early on occasion.Don't be fooled by their signage, it's not always accurate. Their DT menu board has an image of a cup that says "Dr. Pepper" but they don't sell Dr. Pepper.

You never actually get a "BOX" when you order boxes of the menu. Always out of them or, they have hired someone new and You get aditude for asking about them.Everything is always thrown in bags. Very disorganized.

I waited in line for 8 minutes not moving after I ordered I called the restaurant after twice trying they finally answered I said yeah I'm sitting in your drive-thru line and it hasn't moved in over 5 minutes and he said sorry boss we're a little busy and hangs up on me and then doesn't answer the phone again so I made the person behind me move even though they for some reason were very rude and didn't want to when there was nobody behind them and I told the person at the drive-thru thing after they said hi how are you that I'm leaving and your customer service is terrible I suggest you avoid this restaurant and go to the one in North Syracuse as they're only excuse was they are training and that's just ridiculous there's no excuse I shouldn't have to wait for 8 minutes when there's not even a full line of people That's ridiculous so to Taco Bell executives if you see this you should probably talk to this restaurant about having better customer service and taking care of your customers with respect

Received my order and noticed one of my tacos that was supposed to be supreme was missing the sour cream and tomatoes. Went back and spoke with Alex he then made me the taco correctly in a very timely matter. Alex did a great job taking care of me, thanks Alex.

Went inside to order at the counter and was not greeted for 5 minutes. A gentleman working behind the counter said," I'll be right with you." Waited another 3 minutes and left.Is the only way to get food at Taco Bell now the drive thru or order at the Kiosk?? Been going there 23 years and will give it one more chance but needed to document the way things are going with service. 1/22/2024

It's never "The Best" this is one of the best locations, however something is always amis...and notice they don't as if you want sauce anymore which is key bc u put it on just about every bite bit as w every Corp, its a money

I sat in the drive thru for 23 minutes before anyone took my order. There was only two cars in front of me. It’s not busy. Was at the speaker for 10 minutes and no one said anything to me. No “we’ll be right with you” or anything at all. I literally had to ask if anyone was there. It’s been 15 minutes since I’ve ordered so I’m typing this up. I’ve been waiting almost 40 mins for Taco Bell. Tons of people have backed away and left. I would have too if I knew what I was in for. I’ve worked in the industry for 13 years, so I know how it is. But this is unacceptable. People are beeping in the drive thru. Everyone’s pissed. I don’t get how it can get to this point. I literally don’t expect to get my FAST food within an hour. Good ol Taco Bell.

Always very slow, don’t expect to get your order inside before they finish an entire lot of cars in the drive through. We ordered 20 minutes ago inside and still haven’t seen our order however have watched about 5 orders get handed out the window. Ontop of that the current manager is clearly sick and coughing as she walks into the back all over the line. She also isn’t wearing gloves and coughing into her hands so this place is clearly very unsanitary. All the tables are dirty we literally had to ask them to give us a clean cloth to wipe off the table we wanted to sit at because it was disgusting, all the tables where covered in food and filth. Don’t eat here.

I've been telling the staff for weeks the hand dryer in bathroom doesn't work and no towels ! How do they properly clean hands????? Manager says first time heard of it! Got taco not realizing beans on it got sick. Replaced it but neat was cold. Also went other day for breakfast and because no staff only 1 guy they cancelled my order after I arrived.

Bought a power bowl with extra rice. They forgot the rice, but the customer service was awesome. They made it right, and I will definitely eat there again!!! The power bowl is fantastic.

I’m former Taco Bell member today at 3:30 pm I decided to leave the job due to shift lead telling me that he wasn’t going to allow a co worker take me home everyone is a where of my situation they knew I don’t have a car certain days I can work late it was Friday 1 in the morning when she took me home and it was cold It would’ve been close to hour walkingAnd he yelled at me when I’m only trained on front counter and cleaning he has been saying I should be doing more when I was never train on anything beside those two thing and small side stuff I been there for almost 3 weeks and I’m still have yet learn anything else and the communication is poor on certain shifts I have yet to receive a check entering the 3 week mark also I was told off for holding up the line even tho I was trying to explain to the customer that I couldn’t give here the food for free I try looking for managers there where no where to be found beside that and certain the gm and the other shift leads and crew members where great and understanding with my frustration hopefully this will help the next person that gets hired
