We have noticed the last few times we have been to Tullys (Cicero) there is a change in the tenders.
You have definitely changed the recipe and the size.
The batter on the tenders is not your original, which Tullys has been noted for.
They are hard and crunchy .No taste.
You had a great product, you don't now.

We were seated on the bar side which is slightly noisier than being in the dining room. I ordered baked ziti and it didn't disappoint! We have moved out of town but Tully's is always on our list of places to come when we are back in town.

we were trying to plan to do something nice for our friends for a surprise and needed to be seated in two different areas. when we told the waitress i think her name was bri she was very kind and seemed compliant. then when a hostess named angelina was told she was rude and then sat them directly next to us ruining the entire thing. we did not appreciate that and then didn't even stay for a meal, we left after getting our drinks. we did not appreciate this

My best friend decided to go on a date here, he needed help surprising her so we planed to have him and his date sit at a table and me and my other friends sit at a different table that was far apart so that the date wouldn’t ever know we were there. We told our server Bri about our plan and she thought it was super funny, while she was deciding where to put us, the server Angelina rudely told her “ we don’t save spots in here” then Bri had to change where we were sitting. Everything was fine but as we waited to see where our friend was gonna be sitting we watched as they sat 5 feet across from us. His date almost immediately saw us and expressed that she was upset, after that we left after only getting drinks. Angelina had a very bad attitude and should learn a thing or two from Bri. Do better with your employees Tullys!!!!!!

The music was easy too loud. You couldn't hear the person across the table.
Ordered food for pick up. Got the tender dinner and Asian tender appetizer. The tenders weren’t crispy at all. Like it was under cooked. The Asian tenders are my favorite from tullys. The definitely changed the sauce and it’s just not it. Like at all! Like they through red chili flakes in the mix and it’s not even good. The old sauce was a lot better. I want nothing to do with Asian tenders anymore. All of my dipping sauces were watery and smelled like they’ve been sitting in a fridge for a while. The fries were def under cooked. I’m definitely mad that I spent almost $50 on that food. There tender dinners are definitely not worth $20!!!! I don’t know what happened to tullys in Cicero, NY ??♀️??♀️

Always love Tully's, best tenders around. They are a little expensive but portion sizes are large enough for leftovers. (great in the air fryer)
