Cicero Wegmans I love you I really do but a member of your produce department really isn’t representing your brand well.
On 2/4/23 I accidentally dropped one bunch of cilantro on the floor. It was a soggy snowy day and the cilantro landed in a muddy puddle. I picked it up and brought it to the nearest worker.
Our conversation went like this….
Me: Hello I’m so sorry I dropped this cilantro on the floor.
Her: Yea?
Me: What would you like me to do with it?
Her: You can put it back on the shelf.
Me: Ummm It was on the soggy floor.
Her: Yup! That’s why we tell you to wash your produce.
She then takes the cilantro and puts it back!!!! 🤢🤷🏻♀️
After she walked away, I grabbed the floor cilantro (I can’t have someone buy that) and brought it to a manager at customer service. The manager fully agreed with me that it was disgusting to put it back. Not sure if that lady was having a bad day or if this is company policy but warning to all my Cicero shoppers……..wash that produce!!!

😡 Your "Mini Ultimate White Cake" should be changed to "GARBAGE WHITE CAKE" I can't believe you offer this greasy frosting crap. What the hell did you do, stir a bunch of confectioners sugar into a tub of Crisco and call it frosting? $10 for this $hit!??

Prices are really good for the sizes you can order, and it was delicious. Staff was super friendly and the cashier helped us out tremendously as we weren't from the area and couldn't find most of what we needed both days we were there. Would definitely recommend to others!

oRdered three subs the roast beef and the sub roll was dry has straw the other subs the rolls hard has a rock IF YOUR GOING TO PAY EMPLOYEES GOOD MONEY HEY SHOULD HAVE PRIDE IN THE WORK,. TO MANY MANAGERS DOING NOTHING

So I've always loved shopping at Wegmans my whole life. I actually use to work for them as a young teenager/adult. However, I'm noticing many more brands are less available then there you to be. I believe this is because Wegmans is trying to squeeze in more of their brands and thus is creating less and less availability of others. I've honestly been a little disappointed the more and more I shop there. The very good rating is because they do offer more in the range of specialized food than most other food market chains. Otherside I would've bumped them down to average. Baked goods are delicious but way over priced.

I always get the Danny's Favorite and put it in the microwave. Everything bread is always fresh and delicious. Somehow wegmans can combine the perfect lunch and shopping all in one stop. The difference with wegmans is they consistently have enough checkouts open unlike their competitors. Their customer service is over the top!! Back to the deli... ingrediants are always fresh and perfect. Deli Meats are top of the line. I would caution getting a full/large sub unless you are extremely hungry or need to pack your lunch for three days. Best sub shop around by far!! 5 Star rating.

I love wegmans, been to SO many locations in my travels, from Buff, Roch, Ithaca, Bing, all of Syr. You know what you're getting, clean, friendly, quality. Complaint, terrible selection of brand names, stores differ just 5 miles apart, as does the pricing. I NEVER buy meat from large chain, but that's just me, rather go to butcher. Nice store, but cicero has more empty shelves then others. Management needs to work on that!

I wish Wegmans was in Fl. Have shopped there for years and no shopping trip is complete with out lunch or breaksfast in there Cafe.
