This is now the 2nd time it's happened, the 1st time I figured it was a fluke..we ordered a Dave's double and 2 bacon cheeseburger meal from the drive thru...all of the burgers were not just barely warm..they were ice cold..we were literally the only customer there..and we immediately started eating .so how does this keep happening?

Wendys has gone down hill the last couple years....this one in particular took forever to get our food ..pretty sure i didnt see anyone wearing gloves at all...fries were cold food was edible but wasn't good.....I used to go to wendys over any fast food place but now I just go if there literally is no other option at the time

We used the app to order online and when we showed up (when they told us to) to pickup the food, nothing was ready and we ended up waiting an additional 17 minutes and most food was cold.

This review is 100% about the blonde woman I've encountered in the window 3 times over the past year. I've heard she is a manager, no wonder they can't keep employees more than a week. Review lowered after realizing that not only was I mistreated, have to beg for the second half of my meal, but they also got my sandwich wrong. They got every other part of the order right down to the soda, so that tells me that they didn't make it right because they didn't want, not because they were confused. How is this place still open?

The good), quiet place to eat we wore the only people in the dining room. It was clean food was hot the bad ) you know how all fast food is slapped together as little meat as possible condiments dripping out the back of the sandwich in all not the worst place to eat as far as fast food, oh and the dinning room was freezing

Find another Wendy’s. I love Wendy’s, but the one in Cicero is extremely slow, often gets the order wrong. There’s never a line at this Wendy’s and there’s a reason for it.

Went thru drive thru told them I had a “coupon” and they told me I had to go to the window with it. We to the window and Chad told me I was supposed to let him know at the speaker I had a digital coupon …… did i miss something ?? When you try to do what they ask your wrong and if I would have told him what it was he would have told me to wait till I got up to the window…. I guess they haven’t figured out how to incorporate the app with drive thru yet …nuggets with sauce we’re not fresh like they promote, the fries were grease logged and the burgers were made to request( no pickle no lettuce )

Food is frequently wrong, staff is rude, DoorDash pickup inside policy is pointless, should allow drive through pickups like most other drive through dining restaurants. This spot used to be good for a family meal on the run, lately it’s trash all around. Bad food. Bad service. Building & parking lot are in disrepair. When you walk through the door it sounds like the door is going to fall off it slams so hard. Get it together.

Was charged for 2 drinks and then was given a medium drink, over paid about 3$ for a drink and they knew I only wanted one drink and didn’t fix the issue, cashier could barely speak English or understand what I was saying, they kept my receipt (probably because they knew they messed up) and gave me my order and the cashier who could barely speak English began making an2nd order for my receipt because they apparently didn’t realize that they already made the order. This restaurant is a mess, literally trash on the floor. And the employees running around like chickens with their heads cut off and it’s not even busy. This is pathetic honestly. Whoever runs this restaurant get your shit together. This isn’t rocket science. I’ll never come here again. Oh yeah took me 20 min to get my single order as well, kind of ridiculous

My wife, 3 Kids ages 1,2 and 5, and I all stopped here after placing our order on the app. I ordered 3 biggie meals for the kids, a chicken wrap for my wife and a combo for myself. When we arrive there was a line of 5 or 6 cars ahead of us so my wife went inside to pick up the order. I parked to keep my hungry and tired kids calm and waited over 15 minutes. There was a huge delay because they supposedly ran out of chicken nuggets before 1pm on a Saturday, and needed to substitute them for spicy nuggets and that still would have taken 9 more minutes.

First of all we're 20 minutes since I placed the order at this point and my kids are close to losing it.

Secondly, no one in my family except me eats, or enjoys spicy food, and one of my children is severly allergic to certain spices so we never risk it with God knows what's in the "spicy" additive. My wife offered a solution of just using a small chicken strip instead but the staff was unwilling to offer any solution aside from uncharging us and still making us wait even longer, while the rest of the food sat.

When she decided to give up she left irate which then lead to tears on the way home from her and my kids. What was supposed to be family lunch turned into a nightmare of a drive home.

Once I had fed my kids and laid them down I returned to the store to get the names of the people she spoke with and request a refund, the person running the front basically pointed to our food which had been left sitting on the counter, attempted to get the attention of both Eric and Lily the managers and stood there saying their names across the space instead of walking the 15 feet to go over to them. I had very little patience to offer this place so I left.

Please try harder to suck less, sincerely your entire customer base.
