This is still a somewhat new restaurant. They didn't have their liquor license yet. The menu has the standard Mexican fare, but the specialty dishes are limited compared to other Mexican restaurants in the area. That being said, the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. I recommend giving them a try and I will definitely return.
Place is pretty good! Meats are on point. Lengua was a bit dried?♀️Chorizó was savory, just the way it should be. Pastor tacos were a hit for us. Red salsa is spicy ? enough not overbearing. We also order breaded steak tortas, which were very well prepared. (Meat was fried perfectly, beans, string cheese, jalapeño peppers, lettuce, and tomato ? Mayo if you like) I also got a Chile relleno, it was a bit overcooked, and the rice did lack of salt (to my taste) I ordered...
My wife ordered Chicken Chimichungas, which like all of the entrees came with a plentiful portion of refried beans and rice. The dinner consisted of three Chimichngas. My choice was beef enchiladas. Either Verde or Mole was on the menu. I ordered the Mole which was outstanding. The prices were reasonable and the service was prompt and friendly. The chef (owner-?) came out of the kitchen to see if we were satisfied several times. Complimentary crisp wafer thin nachos were delivered...
