Crosby's - Clarendon

Don't work here, the new manager is cleaning house up to and including long time, reliable employees. She's about to learn a hard lesson with all of the unreliable people she's hiring. She thinks she's developing a better store with all her check lists and demands that employees wear black shoes when the shoes they have on are professional enough. Group texts outside of working hours like this is some fortune 500 company where employees are paid to check their messages when they aren't there. Good luck finding good employees for a minimum wage gas station.

I wanted to put air in my car. Costs $2 and did not take payment. A waste. Crosby's and CSC Service Works should be ashamed. Just another bad experience. Find another station unless you REALLY need gas or food. Or go across the street.

Any other time I visit the service is great, whether it is my brother working or other workers. But, whenever I visit and these specific girls are working the experience is terrible. They act unprofessional, constantly on their phones, screeching over stuff. It is not uncommon for them to ignore me or just not realize I'm even at the register waiting. I don't even want to visit unless I know any of the other employees are working. I have heard multiple people complain about the same girls too, so its not just me being biased.

would do less stars if possible. 2 incredibly rude girls laughed at me and a friend’s appearance the entire time we got cashed out, as well as making comments under her breath. incredibly unprofessional from the two “women” behind the counter.

Ordered a large pizza it was over done asked that the onions be chopped up not done .The onions had to be pulled off because they were burnt.We had this problem before and called corp.Never received a call back.There have been many times when only one person is working.This is not acceptable.

The store manager wasn't even inside!!!!!! I stopped to get zyns before work and I asked for 6% zyns after the cashier pulled it off the shelf he held it behind the counter so I couldn't see them and he grabbed 3%. This store is a joke like honestly the manager was out side on her phone not paying any attention. I won't be purchasing any more from this store.

Used to be great service, not anymore and no care at all for customer issues. Just brushed off like there's no issues

Crosby's in Clarendon New York has great food and excellent staff. There is only one problem lately that has myself and my Husband very upset and it is that they have been leaving ONE STAFF MEMBER on ALONE for the evening shift and during the busiest hours! We saw this again just a little while ago....one person running around to cash people out, make pizza's, subs, etc. Not to also mention for security reasons as well. What if something happened to this person and no one knew. That we know of this one staff for many hours alone has been going on since Christmas time. Hopefully the right person will see this and take care of the situation.

Great food . The new staff is so friendly it’s worth the stop alone !

The girls in their are awesome made a quick pit stop with my eight wheeler their super sweet so thank you to Heaven and Aliesha for Making my night and thanks for a good sub

There was a girl their I think her name was Lisa I came in tonight and she was all by herself and yet she made my sub super quick and it’s the best sub I ever had and was super sweet and even help me figure out which sub I wanted so thank you Lisa if you see this I’ll be coming in again after that
