Oh this place is good. Great Mexican food but then again, all Mexicans cooking and running the place. Great stop.

Had a chance to visit the Columbia Grill this past weekend while visiting the area. We called to ask if dogs are allowed, and were told they were so brought our well behaved pup. When we arrived the entire patio was empty at 630pm. We requested a table at the front, overlooking the golf course, since the entire reason we chose this place was for the view. We were told we could not sit there because of the dog and were made to sit at the very back, next to a bunch of unsightly construction. While the food was good, it did not make up for being stuck in the back looking at rubble, dirt, and concrete. If we were to be treated like 2nd class for having a dog, I wish they would have just told us this on the phone and we would have left the pup at the hotel. When we left, the table we requested still sat empty. Would not return. Don't claim to be dog friendly if you are not.

Visited the Grill 2 weeks ago and sat outdoors on their nice, shaded deck. My friends and I had a wonderful dinner, and highly recommend the salmon. Nice waitstaff and hands on management. Bravo and hope to return and will tell friends.

We celebrated my mothers birthday at the Columbia Grill this week. It was my first visit to the venue, tucked inside the attractive Columbia Golf & Country Club and it made a lovely impression. Due to a thunderstorm, we sat inside the clubhouse but with a wall of windows you could still enjoy the lush, well-manicured golf course. The menu is straightforward and uncomplicated, offering three or four appetizers, three or four entrées, and a blackboard with specials of the day. The flipside of the menu had a delectable, yet modest, selection of wines; two sparkling roses caught my attention instantly. The three of us were well satisfied sharing one bottle of a light pink Cava. Owner, Christopher Knable, stopped by our table, welcomed us, and offered heartfelt birthday wishes. Service was subtle, attentive, and in all ways C-19 compliant. The menu items change often, which further encourages me to return to see what surprises await. I would highly recommend making a reservation and enjoying this gem. If you time it right and the clouds cooperate, you can dine outdoors on their sweeping verandas and see a beautiful sunset during your visit.

We had a delicious dinner on the deck last night. Gorgeous view of the sunset over the 18th fairwThe steaks were excellent. I really enjoyed the gazpacho soup on a hot night. Pandemic protocols in place as well. Don't miss out on the members only breakfast sandwiches.
