I have been avoiding this location as they have had continued poor service and beverages since reopening. Despite my better judgement I decided to give this location another chance after avoiding for the last 9 months. Put in a mobile order 15 minutes before arrival and still waited for it in store for 10 minutes while I listed to the members debate if they should call another person in (assuming they are short staffed), or lock the door. My beverage was lukewarm when I got it, caffeine is supposed to be an enjoyable time in the morning not stress frustrating and ultimately leading to anger and disappointment.

Perhaps all Dunkins are the same but two coffees and two donuts shouldn’t cost 2 seniors $10. I get two coffees and a half dozen donuts at Tim Horton’s off exit 47 in Watertown for $8-$9.

I asked for a medium sabrina with liquid sugar and sweet cold foam. I got no cold foam but she put it on my thing and she put no liquid sugar at all. It taste like black coffee.

The cost has really gotten out of control. All these companies care about is profit over customers. More importantly, the ingredients they use are not just unhealthy, but toxic to our health, and we're paying a ridiculous cost for them to essentially poison us.

Driving to Clay from Syracuse And I got A med hot 3 caramel, 3 Butter pecan xtra cream that no one else seems to make it right , wether I get Iced or hot ??♀️ and1st time I get it hot and they made it just PERFECT, TASTE GREAT’.
Not a bad place. Gets SUPER BUSY and sometimes they handle it great, other times it gets busy and they seem to get lost on how to handle it.

The coffee is terrible. I've tried it a few times hoping it was just a bad or stale pot. Nope, always awful. I'm not sure how they can even make coffee taste that bad. The employees are nice enough. No complaints there. But I can't give more than one star to a coffee place with bad coffee.
