Not Happy. We went today around 5. 3-4 people were behind the corner and serving. The bar was not that crowded. Only few tables were occupied and half of the bar seats were available.. despite saying “hello-hello-excuse me” no one looked at us. Just walking by ignoring us. I love local stores and love to sport them. We tried 10+ minute and then left the building as they didn’t engage with us. Hope it gets better for someone else.

My husband and I like to stop into the Freight Yard for a bite and a brew frequently. We enjoy the come as you are casual friendly vibe. We have always enjoyed our time and encountered wonderful service from the staff. Recently we held an adult event here and had a fantastic experience. The staff is nothing short of amazing and the environment casual and welcoming. A local, incredible spot that we love to support .

Freight Yard Brewing is one of my favorite places. For starters, the beer is phenomenal but nowadays that is table stakes for a brewery. It's the people - the staff and patrons - that make this place special! FYB is not in the beer business. They are in the hospitality business, 16 ounces at a time.
We recently hosted a party at this brewery and couldn’t be happier with the experience! The space was perfect—open, relaxed, and just the right vibe for our group. Everyone had a great time. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the event. We’d absolutely host another party here again!

I met a friend on a sunny Sunday afternoon primarily to get Lobster Rolls from Cousins Maine Lobster Truck. The wait was long I decided to venture inside the brewery to check things out and get a beverage. Fun ambiance inside the brewery, great little bar with large televisions and plenty of seating. Tons of seating outdoors as well and an enclosed outdoor area for inclement weather. There was a line for beverages but it moved quickly, unlike the lobster truck line! I asked for a recommendation that was light, fruity, and wheaty. The Hipster Elixir was recommended and was exactly that with notes of elderberry and Apricot in a light wheat beer. Very refreshing. Fast, friendly service. I did go back for a second! The lobster truck and perfect sunny but comfortable afternoon drew quite a crowd. Luckily the bathroom line moved quickly as well. Great beer and fun afternoon. The brewery was definitely the highlight of the afternoon, I will be back with friends to try some others. I will definitely try a flight when not waiting in line for hours for a tiny lobster roll.
