Friendly's

If I could go lower I would. Wait for table +10 minutes in an empty restaurant. Waitress did a commendable job considering she was the only server on the floor. A grubby looking young man was of no help to anyone. His purpose was lost on our table. Then the deluge hit with the after movie crowd. Meals took forever, as both meals were microwaves. My turkey dinner was potatoes hot corn cold, dressing cold and turkey was a mix of temperatures but mostly cold. I used to eat at this restaurant twice a week for a few years. So often I got to know the manager, waitresses and an occasional cook. The staff literally new our order and drinks. Every member of the staff are gone. I do not know what happened but their disappearance was spooky. There is another Friendly's near by that I would highly recommend. However stay away from from Friendly's Great Northern Mall.

My son loves theor food and great deals kids eat free at 4pm till 8pm monday till friday

If this is the one in great northern Mall. They have horrible service. We ordered 2 entrees at $11 something each. We ordered to have it picked up cuz we were working a craft show. The portion was small like a child's meal the salads looked decent.my mother counted how many pieces of macaroni she had cuz we had gotten the macaroni and cheese with broccoli and chicken she counted that she had exactly 20 pieces of macaroni that's how small the portions were so I had to count mine and I had exactly 20 pieces also.she complained when she picked it up and they basically told her well that's the portion size and there was nothing they could do about it when I saw how little there wasn't it I was just floored and I went and I said something and they told me the same thing that there was nothing they could do about it and that that was what I purchased so I am very displeased I will never eat there again in fact I want ice cream in the worst way right now I'm not giving them my money.

Just came from friendlys in clay was me and a elderly client when did friendlys become so exspensive ??? My client who is 78 just paid 15 dollars for a grilled cheese friends and a small sundae mind you that's with “senior discount” servers seemed more interested in tips and you leaving then the actual service very sad I couldn't imagine why so many have been shut down sad when I had to help her pay because she didn't have enough money will not be back

Stood at register for 10 minuets waiting for someone to help me as several employees looked at me and kept walking then the same employees walked by several times and still did not even acknowledge my presence. Sad case of a business.

As we walked in there was smoke in the air of the restaurant from the kitchen. Flies buzzing all over the dining area. Kids meals depicted in menu in baskets and served on sticks are non-existent. Service was slow and was inattentive when taking our order, especially when I read from the menu verbatim and pointed at the item. They even messed up the ice cream by serving freezer burned ice cream! Dining room is dirty and not vacuumed. Bathrooms smell like mildew. Do NOT go here. This should have been the 1st restaurant to close in Great Northern Mall.

Would say it's the worst place to go. They don't serve breakfast and when I ordered the new French onion dip burger they brought it out without onions... Said they ran out. Could of told me this before everything was served so I could of ordered something different so I could of ate with my family. Well take it off the bill. Server Terra... Manager bree. 2nd time there service and food sks

The service here is very slow, be advised. Don't let the service fool you though. The food here is excellent! The waitress was very nice and apologized many times for the wait. I ordered the chicken tenders, fries, and a side of broccoli. One of the best Friendly's meals I've ever had! The restaurant itself is quite dated but it is clean and organized. The choice of music played through the restaurant was ambient and had a good beat to it. I highly recommend this restaurant if you go on a off time when no one is there.

20 minutes to get a glass of tea. 20 more minutes before I get the wrong order. They comp the lunch, but it wasn't that busy and the food wasn't worth the wait. Club sandwich with two undercooked pieces of bacon, barely ripe tomatoes and tough lettuce. First and last visit.

Today my coworker and I came to Friendly's for an ice cream. Overall our experience was very good and the staff were all very inviting and professional. The only complaint we had was the accessible door/ handicap door was not working and locked. Thus may not have been the staffs' fault because if it's broken they need someone to come fix it. But management should get that taken care or imediately. But other than that everything was very good and staff were what makes it worth coming here to the route 31 Friendly's!

Manager (Heather) seemed attentive, as was the server (Chelsea). Food came out in a timely manner and was hot, and tasted great. (It took a bit, but we had a large order, so that's fair) No real complaints!
