It's been a couple years since we've visited OG last. Sadly, our recent visit wasn't the greatest. We had an attentive server, thank you Nathan, but overall this visit was subpar. Our salad was good, but my torteloini were dried out, our breadsticks x2 were hard and dried out, our alfredo x2 was barely luke warm, and our sodas were watery. Too hungry to request a remake, we ate what we could and left disappointed. Hopefully, it was just an off night for the OG.

I tried the sausage creamy soup it I don't know what it's called but it was excellent! Chicken Alfredo was yummy and of course always the breadsticks are great. Hadn't eaten there in a couple years and I was not disappointed.

Saturday we went to a early dinner to celebrate my daughter in Heavens birthday with her daughters (age 11 twins) we ordered our dinner we're waiting for awhile the waitress came back finally and said she messed up the order and took it again and then was going to get our drinks. A bit went by and still no drinks finally another waitress came and she was amazing her name was Angel (so fitting for the visit) she took care of us then both Managers made their way to our table to apologize and make sure all was good. The Managers as well and Angel went above and beyond to make up for the upset and they even gave us dessert and our meals on the house. It was a bittersweet dinner that kind of went crazy but they made up for it and I know we will be back for Sure!! Thank you to them for the meal, compassion and understanding!

We met at the Olive Garden in clay around 6:00 on November 4th 2025. We were seated quickly and our waitress Danielle came over for our orders and we all wanted the never-ending pasta bowl with salad for all of us. My son-in-law got a margarita and a shot of amaretto and my daughter got a unsweetened iced tea ( I just got ice water). She brought her orders and went away. My daughter and son-in-law ask for extra sauce right up front so they had enough on their pasta. Mine was spaghetti with a couple of mushrooms and very light on the sauce. ( I got spaghetti with creamy mushroom and meatball) a half an hour went by before she even checked on us. There was a birthday on the other side of the petition near us so they had her undivided attention. She finally asked if we wanted refills and so I had half a plate of spaghetti left. I asked for a little cup of sauce for it and then we ordered our second bowl of pasta. This time I got angel hair creamy mushroom sauce and meatball. She didn't bring the extra sauce for my current bowl plate until she brought our second order 15 minutes later. Of course my first order was Stone Cold by then and even the hot sauce didn't help it any I had a couple bites of my second bowl because it was hot and then just combined them and took them home with me. My son-in-law had asked for a soda instead of a second margarita and she never brought it. She finally brought the bill in another 15 minutes while we heard her chatting on the other side of the petition with the birthday person. When she finally brought the bill we put together our money and waited another 15 minutes for her to come get it cuz we didn't want to leave cash on the table. if you're out for somebody to save you money on your never-ending pasta bowl.... she's your waitress! Very disappointed ! We don't go out to eat very often and I consider that to have been a disaster. The thing is she seems to think she's a really good waitress! Maybe for some people she is but I don't think I care to bother with a never-ending pasta bowl anymore if it's going to take me to two and a half hours to have my meal. ( As a side note they were somewhat busy but not any busier than any other time we've gone. And it was definitely less busy then weekends or Friday nights)

We sat at the bar. We had a barmaid who was great but was ending her shift. So we ended our tab, and began a new one. The next employee was Ryan! We had experienced his service awhile back and actually left because of him. No personality but mostly just rude! No we get the chance to experience again. We agree to stay, let’s give it another shot ! Maybe Ryan had a bad day last time. Nope! Worse than the first time! Rude, ignored us, wouldn’t reply to us, customer service in general was pathetic! Very disappointed. We love coming there and sitting in the bar area! However, he is a menace! No idea how to interact with people!!!!please address this!
