Extremely long wait time for drive thru. I waited 30 minutes. I ordered ahead of time. By the time I got my coffee it tasted like water. You have to do better. That is ridiculous.

After being inside location and only person in line for going on 10 minutes nobody says anything to you just comes up and says it will be 15-20 minutes. I am sorry but we were the only people in store. Sad crew today

I have to say, this Starbucks is by far the best one in the area. Not just because of the drinks being made great every single time but also because of the staff, especially Amy and Chasity! They’re wonderful upbeat personalities, their dedication to the customers, and their passion for the place. I will forever go here, because of them. Higher ups please take this into thought and show them appreciation, you made an amazing choice bringing them two into the company.

Visited after a trip to a doctors office that was in the area. The location looks new and is very nice and inviting. I used the drive-thru which was fast and the staff was friendly. The cold brew I ordered was excellent and was made exactly to my liking/order. Definitely would visit this location again when I’m in the area!

never EVER had to wait at starbucks. i went in around 12pm and was told there was a 45 min wait. what type of “fast” service is that.
i am giving a testimony of how i become rich and famous today... i was deeply strangled up by poverty and i had no body to help me, and also i search for help from different corners but to no avail. i see people around me getting rich but to me i was so ashamed of my self so i met a man on my way he was very rich and he was a doctor so he told me something and i think over it though out the day so the next day i looked up and i keep repeating what he said to me. " if you want to get rich quick and be famous" you need to cross your heart and do what is in your mind so i tried all i could in other for me to do as he said so later on i told my fellow friend about this same thing then my friend was interested in my suggestions so i decided to look in the internet and i found an email address of this great fraternity so we decided to contact them and unfortunately we did as they instruct us to do and later they told us to get some requirements and all the rest... so this initiation took us just a week and later on the great fraternity gave us $1,000,000.00 to start up our lives.... and now am testifying that if in any case you want to join any great fraternity all you need to do is for you to contact him because his legitimate and he do as what they instructed him to do contact

I mobile ordered ahead, waited an extra 20 minutes and, therefore, was late for an appt which they canceled on me because I was late. What's the point of mobile ahead if it is not ready on time?Never mind what you have done with points and half the time my drink is correct and half the time it is not. Sorry starbucks. I have given you plenty of chances. Using up my points and going back to McDonald's and Dunkin.

Suppsed to he open unril 9pm yet rarely is. I understand the staffing shortages because of Covid but the hours fluctuate so much its ridiculous. I just tried to go here at 5PM on a Saturday and the stores closed. EXTREMELY IRRITATING, WILL NOT BE BACK.
