Strike 2.... Second time attempting to patronize SLS. Previous September dropped in to check the place out and the hours listed weren't current and they were closed. This September we stopped in on a Sunday to check out the brunch. Haven't done brunch in over a year, chef quit last summer according to the bartender. Place was empty. Beautiful spot with amazing views of the river. Too early for me to sample the spirits without food so we left. Need to update their social media platforms. Brunch looked great in the photos with glowing reviews but very disappointing when you assemble a group and have to scratch those plans last minute

Hosted a Welcoming Party for our BN Commander’s Wife, and the staff were very accommodating. The views are great, and there was ample parking. Would recommend an additional bartender when the facility is booked for large gatherings- Would recommend for a lazy weekend drop in or small event. They do cater in if needed.

Despite the most amazing pictures of Eggs Benedict and a full brunch menu advertised, they do not, in fact, serve food.

Beautiful building and location. Spirits were great, and so was the host.

I can't review the food because the restaurant wasn't available when we visited. The bar staff was lovely and welcoming. Drinks were good. Mocktail options are available for non-drinkers.

The chef's dishes were a delight, but after talking to him what really impressed me was their evident dedication to success in both life and career. It was clear that they poured their heart and soul into achieving new heights. Their leadership and management skills with this new business were also noteworthy, ensuring a flawless dining experience. In addition, I want to extend my best wishes for the chef's recent and huge career leap. A beautiful location and building. The food was nice, loved the po'boy! They are very generous with tasting their spirits as well. Recommend the absinthe, but know that the spirits can be a bit harsh.

Spacious dining area, with a fantastic selection of NY craft beverages in addition to their lineup of spirits. a diverse food menu, I ordered the chicken wings on my visit. While pricey, they were quite the jumbo sized and cooked very well. A friendly & knowledgeable staff round out what is a must stop for anyone exploring the 1000 Islands region.

The servers and bartenders are fantastic and attentive. The cook, "Steven," spends more time in the dining area than the kitchen, though, and seems more interested in telling the rest of the staff what to do. This never would have happened with the old kitchen staff.Food & drinks: Drinks were great! Food was messy, but good.

Stopped for brunch on a September Friday to be told they aren’t doing brunch now. Bummer. However, we did totally enjoy our experience- free tastings (additional charge for more) and exceptional cocktails! Did a gin “flight” and a Sazerac cocktail and they were delicious. Sat at the bar area and was very comfortable with nice view over patio out to the water. Did have a limited lunch menu and our steak sandwich w/fries and huge salad were really, really good. Very knowledgeable staff and pleasant conversation. So glad we went (and discounted some less-than reviews).
