I enjoyed Christmas cocktails in the bar lounge area both evenings of our stay. Loved the upscale holiday ambiance and friendly staff. I ordered the Christmas Margarita both evenings and enjoyed the pomegranate blended nicely with triple sec and tequila, sage and cranberry. The first evening it was perfect blend but the second was made too strong but packed with ice, so completely two different cocktail’s. I ordered grilled filet mignon medium rare that came carrots and potatoes. Large bread basket with several butter options. Unfortunately the steak was delivered with no pink in the middle so well past medium rare. Still tender and juicy though with Auju, carrots and potatoes were plentiful and cooked and flavored well. The Christmas Margarita was taken off the bill to compensate for steak not being cooked to perfection. Both visits were very pleasant!

We went for lunch one day. The lobster roll, the strawberry salad, the homemade potato chips were all perfect. The service was very good. The view is spectacular. We went to dinner the next day. The breadbasket had an amazing olive bread and olive tamponade. The crab cakes, miso salmon, and seafood scampi were all very good.

We took our granddaughter for a nice lunch the day before she left for college. We had the worst experience we have ever had when eating out. The apps took a long time to arrive. The server had to come back twice with " sorry, we are out of that," for 2 of the entrees one of us ordered They only had 1 serving of the beer my husband ordered, he had to pick a new one after his first glass. My husband finally had to tell the server that in 5 minutes we either get a bill for the apps we did get or our entrees are served. The food arrived, but we ordered 2 chicken sandwiches with nothing on them, they both came with everything. We were there for over 2 hours..mostly waiting for our food. We paid a big bill, for meals that were not as we ordered. My husband asked to speak with the manager, but no one showed up.

My husband and I had a wonderful afternoon enjoying a late lunch and cocktails on the outdoor patio! Beautiful views. We were even lucky enough to see a ship pass by. Christian provided top notch service and the food was great. We’ll be back!

Location is the quintessential attraction for us here. Make a reservation for a sunset dinner on their deck. Our friends brought their dog who enjoyed also.

Highly recommend!Hot Crab Dip - huge portion and very good.Hummus and Falafel Plate - huge portion of hummus and some of the best falafel I’ve ever had! So fresh and flavourful.Caesar Salad - can’t go wrong with this classic.Farfalle Gorgonzola Pasta - very tasty, loved the chicken!Herb Grilled Chicken - excellent! Huge portion, and the chicken was juicy and perfectly seasoned. Highly recommend!Blackened Swordfish- loved the mango salsa and tenderness of the fish.Seafood Scampi - delicious, especially if you love a seafood medley. We also loved the complimentary fresh bread and spreads. Fantastic service and excellent food. I’ll definitely be back!

I was so impressed with the atmosphere in the restaurant and the attitude of the manager and staff. My porterhouse steak was a little rarer than i wanted and the manager, who was out and about ensuring customers were happy, immediately took it back. When i got my plate back, everything was hot and fresh, perfect temperature. He apologized and offered a free dessert. When they didn’t have what we chose, they brought us the BEST cookies we have ever tasted. Talk about above and beyond! We didn’t taste the cookies until the next morning… and we truly were blown away. They need to add those to the dessert menu, for sure. Totally recommend going to Seaway Grille! Manager should get promoted for his customer service too.

A wonderful place to eat. We ate inside and enjoyed a well-made meal. We were warned that our order may take longer than usual due to the TANY conference that was in the hotel, but if there was a delay, I didn't notice it. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and we all enjoyed ourselves . I would love to eat here again.

This is a beautiful restaurant with both indoor and outdoor dining. It’s located in the 1000 Islands Harbor House hotel. The service was impeccable. The reason for only 3 stars was my entre. I ordered the Cobb salad which was described on the menu as having avocado and “crispy bacon”. There were two small pieces of avocado and NO bacon at all! I can’t imagine why the kitchen sent it out that way - no pride or bad attitude? If they had indicated they were out of primary ingredients, I would have made another selection. So, we changed our plans and didn’t stay for breakfast in the next morning. We noted there are several other charming restaurants within walking distance.

This was our first visit. We were seated outside by the river which was the best part of our experience. The services was very depressing. The staff just didn’t seem happy to be there. No expressions. The food was extremely disappointing for the prices you pay. The shrimp was over cooked and dried out. The ribeye was cooked perfect however zero flavor where you needed lots of pepper and salt to even eat it. For 3 people our bill was close to $300. After leaving we went to the local pizza shop and grabbed a $15.00 pizza we enjoyed better.

Sat for a half hour. Nobody even came to get drink order. Staff seemed completely clueless. Left and went somewhere else.
