The restaurant should inform customers that they only serve dinner up until 9pm after that it's only appetizer. My date and I drove almost an house for 945 reservation and wasn't told us until we sat down to order. Customer service was great , didn't get a chance to try the food as we declined on appetizers, not sure if or when I'll be going again.
Did not pay attention to our requests to sit near a fireplace. When asked, they didn't offer to seat us near the fireplace. Just communicated that the iPad did not show that request.
We have eaten at the Bistro for many years with consistency and quality of food being primary concerns. I have to say with the new chef along with a new menu I can firmly state that I will be eating at Bistro many more times in the very near future! During the past week we have eaten at the Bistro three times and the food and service has been phenomenal. Shout out to our bartenders and server for providing excellent service each and every time. My husband had one of the flatbreads and enjoyed it each time while I have one of the new chicken dishes and enjoyed my meal each night and the next day since portion size necessitated a takeout box.
Ever since they’ve started buying from this new food service supplier, everything has gone DOWN HILL. How can you be out of stock on your two most popular and most expensive center of the plate items…. the well-known at Oliver’s pork chop, and your signature steak. Shame on whoever decided that Sysco would be any good. The quality is just not acceptable, and it’s not the fault of the servers. The kitchen staff needs to look at what they’re allowing to leave the kitchen. You’ve got families who have no choice but to spend the long dollar on poor food, or bring their own food. The new menu leaves a lot to be desired.
Plus the live entertainment is not very good at all lately. Last night, Saturday January 3, the entertainment was horrible.

Wonderful NYE dinner at Bistro 210! Filet and Strip Steaks were both cooked perfectly and sides were delicious! Hunter was a very good server and great atmosphere for New Years Eve!

Excellent food, huge portions, and lovely decorations for the holiday. The fire place was a nice touch! We really enjoyed our time at Bistro 210.
Wonderful spot at the Peek 'n Peak Ski Resort. We just stopped in for a cocktail; didn't have enough time to eat before snow tubing. Menu looked great and we heard good things, but the star of the show was the friendly staff! Jeremy the Barkeep was amazing and made us feel so welcome. You can tell he likes to make customers feel at home. We had a Whiskey Sour and a Gin Martini, both delicious. Gorgeous interior too with big fireplace and relaxing lounge area. Would definitely come back for some food as well!

We took our daughter and her friend to ski at Peak and Peek opening weekend. My wife and I don't ski so we planned to just hang out in the lodge for the day. We discovered that the lodge had not opened for the season yet (🤔) actually none of the restaurants with the exception of Bistro 210 were open. We were left no options for dining. The Bistro was hosting a ‘Breakfast with Santa' so you had to buy tickets for that in order to be able to eat. It was a buffet. The sausage and bacon were cold and dry, I believe the eggs were powdered or at least a mix, the biscuits and sausage gravy was the most palatable item. Everything else looked like it came straight off the Sysco truck. Typical of a Scott restaurant. We hung around long enough we could transition to the bar. We had a couple drinks and ordered lunch. I got the Brisket Reuben and my wife had a burger. I'm not sure what they brought me but it wasn't a Reuben. The burger was a preformed frozen puck. More wood pulp than beef. Aside from the service, which was friendly and attentive, this place is a waste of money. The food is below mediocre. We'll just pack food if we ever have the occasion to return to Peak and Peek.
We've eaten the Thanksgiving dinner buffet at the restaurant every year for the last 25 years, as something of a tradition for our extended family (15-20 people).
Unfortunately, this year we noticed a considerable drop in the food quality and service, compared to prior years. I'm not sure we will be returning next year. The vegetables were overcooked and stale, the shrimp had a strange aftertaste, and even the french toast was hard enough that it made a clanking sound when dropped on the plate.
While the waitstaff were very friendly and nice, it took so long to get their attention that most of our party had finished their first plate of food by the time the wine and wine-glasses arrived.

We stayed at the resort and had dinner at Bistro 210, we were super pleased with everything, service was very good and dishes were very good to excellent, side salad was the best I’ve had anywhere and fish and chips were very good also, especially like the coleslaw (which is usually boring Sysco stuff) here it was Brussels sprouts and broccoli with other veggies, very tasty. My partner said the pork chop was excellent with nice sides.

This was the most comprehensively bad dining experiences I’ve ever had.
Need to book a reservation, and nobody answered the phone on 3 tries.
Arrived, atmosphere is super cool. Sweet looking place.
Ordered drinks, then an appetizer a few mins later, didn’t get the drinks until the appetizer was almost done, which was way too salty.
I had a beer which was fine, but the French 75 listen on their menu was $15 for deep eddy vodka and champagne, and it just tasted of bubbly bad lemon vodka.
Ordered Cajun Alfredo with chicken and brisket Mac n cheese. Crazy prices for them. The Mac n cheese was fine, but too sweet and not that much for almost $30. The Alfredo sauce was BROKEN, and tasted nothing of Cajun at all. Can’t believe they served that to us.
We asked to get another drink, which didn’t show up until we were done eating.
Total bill: $111 before tip for late drinks, bad food and bad service. Waitress also said she would take something off for the inconvenience, which she didn’t.
Please don’t go here. Not worth it at all.

WARNING! This restaurant uses meat glue (transglutaminase) in their steaks. Absolutely disgusting food. They charged $64 for a fake ribeye that was glued together. Without a doubt their steak has meat glue in them. By far the worst I’ve ever had. The table next to ours complained about the poor quality of the steak as well. Avoid this place

Off-season dining at a ski resort means a very quiet experience! It also means service isn't fast. Food was well worth the wait, and the staff was friendly too.
