Wonderful spot at the Peek 'n Peak Ski Resort. We just stopped in for a cocktail; didn't have enough time to eat before snow tubing. Menu looked great and we heard good things, but the star of the show was the friendly staff! Jeremy the Barkeep was amazing and made us feel so welcome. You can tell he likes to make customers feel at home. We had a Whiskey Sour and a Gin Martini, both delicious. Gorgeous interior too with big fireplace and relaxing lounge area. Would definitely come back for some food as well!

We've eaten the Thanksgiving dinner buffet at the restaurant every year for the last 25 years, as something of a tradition for our extended family (15-20 people).
Unfortunately, this year we noticed a considerable drop in the food quality and service, compared to prior years. I'm not sure we will be returning next year. The vegetables were overcooked and stale, the shrimp had a strange aftertaste, and even the french toast was hard enough that it made a clanking sound when dropped on the plate.
While the waitstaff were very friendly and nice, it took so long to get their attention that most of our party had finished their first plate of food by the time the wine and wine-glasses arrived.

We stayed at the resort and had dinner at Bistro 210, we were super pleased with everything, service was very good and dishes were very good to excellent, side salad was the best I’ve had anywhere and fish and chips were very good also, especially like the coleslaw (which is usually boring Sysco stuff) here it was Brussels sprouts and broccoli with other veggies, very tasty. My partner said the pork chop was excellent with nice sides.

This was the most comprehensively bad dining experiences I’ve ever had.
Need to book a reservation, and nobody answered the phone on 3 tries.
Arrived, atmosphere is super cool. Sweet looking place.
Ordered drinks, then an appetizer a few mins later, didn’t get the drinks until the appetizer was almost done, which was way too salty.
I had a beer which was fine, but the French 75 listen on their menu was $15 for deep eddy vodka and champagne, and it just tasted of bubbly bad lemon vodka.
Ordered Cajun Alfredo with chicken and brisket Mac n cheese. Crazy prices for them. The Mac n cheese was fine, but too sweet and not that much for almost $30. The Alfredo sauce was BROKEN, and tasted nothing of Cajun at all. Can’t believe they served that to us.
We asked to get another drink, which didn’t show up until we were done eating.
Total bill: $111 before tip for late drinks, bad food and bad service. Waitress also said she would take something off for the inconvenience, which she didn’t.
Please don’t go here. Not worth it at all.

WARNING! This restaurant uses meat glue (transglutaminase) in their steaks. Absolutely disgusting food. They charged $64 for a fake ribeye that was glued together. Without a doubt their steak has meat glue in them. By far the worst I’ve ever had. The table next to ours complained about the poor quality of the steak as well. Avoid this place

Off-season dining at a ski resort means a very quiet experience! It also means service isn't fast. Food was well worth the wait, and the staff was friendly too.

The bartender went way out of his way to accommodate us in our needs.

Let me start with the bad part. There is a server named Allen. While sitting at the bar, we heard Allen tell the very young teenagers that work there that if a male customer sexually harassed them to just ignore it and continue working. That is very unacceptable, and we talked to a few of the waitresses to make sure they understand that is NOT OK. The amazing of Bistro 210, bartender Jeremy! Wow, is this guy great! He was very personable and gave us AMAZING service. Jeremy made our service 5 star!! He had so many different customers but treated everyone as if they were his only customer. Please send our thanks to Jeremy! The food was very good and came out quickly. Other than the experience with Allen, experience was 10/10!

I mailed this review to the manager. I never got a response, so I thought I should post it here as apparently they have no intention on improving their service.
I am writing to express my disappointment in my family’s Thanksgiving Day Buffet experience. We chose to dine at Peek ‘n Peak that day because we were able to make reservations to dine at our desired time for the holiday meal. Our party of eight included two people with health problems which make standing for long periods of time painful, and a two-year-old who needs to eat on a timely basis.
We arrived early at 2 PM for our 2:15 reservation. The lobby area was full of customers waiting to be seated. The hostess didn’t have tables in which to seat them as previous customers were not leaving. I stood by the hostess stand and watched the employees struggle to communicate and effectively clear tables, wipe tables, set tables, find and wrap silverware, and provide a server to take and fill drink orders. I checked in twice to ensure we were not overlooked, and was assured each time that our table was being prepared. Eventually, we were the absolute last family in the lobby, and were called to our table at 3 PM, 45 minutes after our reservation time. The table was a plastic table with plastic chairs. Certainly not what one would expect indoors at your price point.
Although we did have a server check in to take our drink orders, we mostly waited on ourselves. Our used dinner plates were never cleared and we had to repeatedly ask for our water to be refilled. We also had to ask for a roll of new silverware, as the original roll was dirty. The server did bring our bill in a timely manner. The total with tax was $382. I wasn’t sure how much would be an appropriate tip. I usually leave at least a 20% tip. But after a 45 minutes wait, begging for a table, and having to do most of our server’s job…
I hope that by conveying our disappointing experience you can make improvements in your dining room. If you can’t hire enough staff to provide the experience your price point dictates, I would decrease the number of reservations you accept. Also, I would suggest doing seatings for your buffets. Seat customers at 10, 12, and 2 (or whenever) and clear the dining room between seatings. I would also come up with a more efficient procedure for vacating guests, clearing and prepping tables, and more effectively checking on the needs of guests dining at your buffets.

Wonderful venue. This resort is a great place to visit all year. Don't make the mistake of thinking it is only a ski resort. They sunk a lot of money into it to make it a full luxury destination. This Bistro is a part of that larger effort. With all of the adjacent meeting and conference rooms that they can access, it can handle a romantic couple or a business retreat.

We drove to the restaurant because on their website it says they were open. Unfortunately we got there and could not find how to get into the restaurant because it is at a resort. We called the number and they told us that they were closed.
They did not wait on us for 40 minutes and acted like it was fine after multiple attempts with various employees
We love Bistro 210!
Man. Where . . . Do . . . I . . . Start?
Dinner reservation at 6:30. We arrived early, around 6:20. We were seated quickly.
About 5 minutes into the experience the water server spilled an entire tray of ice water down my back. From shoulders down to the back of my legs I was soaked. Why didn’t I leave? A. I was hungry. B. I drove 70 minutes to be here to eat/visit with family visiting from out of town. C. It was heavily snowing outside and I needed time to dry off before going out in 20 degree weather to drive home.
So I sat in soaking wet clothes during dinner. Now mind you, our reservation was at 6:30 and we arrived early. It took a long time before anyone took our order. At 7:45 our food began to arrive. That’s a LONG time from reservation to food. Mine came first.
I ordered the Pappardelle Bolognese because it was an extremely safe choice. What I received was a cold dish comprised of a mass of pappardelle noodles that had the consistency of day old cold lasagna with a bread stick I could have played drums with. It was quite literally a brick of noodles.
All in all, this ranks as the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. If you’re reading this review, save your money and eat literally anywhere else.
