Let me start with the bad part. There is a server named Allen. While sitting at the bar, we heard Allen tell the very young teenagers that work there that if a male customer sexually harassed them to just ignore it and continue working. Wonderful venue. This resort is a great place to visit all year. Don't make the mistake of thinking it is only a ski resort. They sunk a lot of money into it to make it a full luxury destination. This Bistro is a part of that larger effort. With all of the adjacent meeting and conference rooms that they can access, it can handle a romantic couple or a business retreat.
I've been to their Thanksgiving Brunch for at least 3 years. It's one of the highlights of the year! Everything is cooked well, it feels fancy, there are so many options so everyone can find something, but it's like a catered dinner, not your average buffet.
