Years ago I learned to ski here, so decided to stay here when visiting friends and family in the area. I don’t think it’s been updated in many years. If you have mobility issues, this is not the place to go- stairs upon stairs everywhere. The hall to our room had a horrible perfume smell that was so strong it stayed on my luggage when I moved to another hotel. It was very noisy as well with people running around on the floor above. If you had children, I’m sure they would love the water slide that was in the outdoor pool many levels above . I would not recommend this hotel because of the stairs.

The staff was super friendly. The rooms were so old and dingy, it just felt dirty. The carpets were old, an the couch was grimy. The air in the room wouldn’t turn on. The room wasn’t fresh smelling and without a functioning a/c unit, the room felt stuffy. Towels and sheets were clean.

See above as the rooms need massive updates and repairs and Wyndham should be embarrassed to have a property like this in their portfolio. The rooms look to be decorated in the 1970s and the desk chair was marred really bad and no know for light in the bathroom. Wow, really terrible room!

staff was great, loved having the restaurant and bar available in the evening, played mini golf on site and even walked around the old golf course which is beautifully landscaped. Plus for me was a Starbucks on site and delicious omelets made to order. We will most definitely return.

Room was smoked in and smelled stale. Radiator and around the corners in room and bathroom had cobwebs and were dusty. No elevator. Luckily our handicapped son did not come with us, he never would have been able to do all the stairs. Grabbed a sandwich and drink from the Starbucks cafe instead of the buffet. Cost was more than the buffet would have been. The workers stood around yapping while customers were waiting. Went to eat outside and garbage was around the fire pit. The garbages were over flowing, tables weren’t cleaned off or wiped down. Front desk had 2 good workers most were new and didn’t know anything which is understandable. A couple just yapped about how long they had worked there and ignored you. We were attending a wedding at the Big Barn around the corner or we would have gone somewhere else.

This was a family trip with an 8 y/o. Overall a lovely experience. The pools, hot tubs, rooms, hallways are clean, the pool side cabana is a super nice touch and helpful, personable staff was found throughout the resort. Next door is the PeekNPeak Mountain Adventure park, well worth the $80 combo pass. Worth noting is that there is no store within 10 miles, so try not to forget anything :) Otherwise, Shell in PA is the nearest gas station, 13 minute trip each way.

A family member had their reception there, which was nice. I’m not going to say it was over the top or anything. A nice deck outside which a lot of people went to. We spent the night at the resort. It is an older place. Definitely in need of repair To the outside of the building and could use new carpeting. Definitely older. I wasn’t impressed with the pillows. We had a king size bed, which was nice to sleep in. But for the price I would stay somewhere else . But it was just easier since everything was right there, so we spent the extra money.

A two-night stay to celebrate our anniversary set us back over $500. What a joke. We had a king loft with fireplace which supposedly sleeps 6. We had a king-size bed in the loft and uncomfortable sleep sofa downstairs. The only other furniture is a luggage rack, small table for the Keurig plus a small desk and chair upstairs. There is no closet. We hung our clothes from the ironing board. Stairs are very narrow to the loft. Not fun to maneuver to the bathroom at night. Carpet had a green paint stain. I never did get a hot shower. Temp was impossible to adjust. One bar of soap to share between tub and sink. Soap shelf in the shower was falling off the wall. No soap dish at the sink. Shall I go on? The worst bone of contention was there was no warning we would be on the third floor with no elevator or bellhop. It was a very long walk to our room. Staff at the front desk said they normally mention it as they’re making the reservation. Uh, no.

The resort is lovely with heated outdoor/indoor pools and hot tub. Grounds were well kept. Did the mini golf, very nice. Enjoyed the chairlift and the Soaring Eagle was so much fun. Loved the zipline, the last zip was a doozy! Many restaurants in the area. Did not do the ropes course but it did look like so much fun. The unit was comfortable, clean and had all the amenities needed. The staff is outgoing and friendly not to mention helpful. I will definitely return. Maybe fall next time? I bet it's lovely there

This place is great! Plenty of food options and always something quick and ready to eat. Good music playing.
