It’s a big resort but i was there in the off season for a wedding. The front desk people were fantastic. Very accommodating and cheerful. The room was clean and spacious . Coffee in the room, a frig and microwave. Bathroom was spotless. Their bar has the seats that that are low to the ground and level with the bar. drinks were on average $7. They were heavy pours though. Their dining room is spectacular . love the oak look and they have a buffet for sunday breakfast. They have a little store on premises but i would love to see this place during ski season

Peek N Peak resort was a 3 hour road trip and well worth it. The scenery along the way was nice. We even stopped at a winery for a flight tasting before arriving at our final destination. We went for the Fall festival weekend. There were alot of great vendors, hot cider, good food and overall a great way to embrace the start of the Fall season!

Everything is old, and no elevator so your carrying your luggage to and from. Hallway to room access was a Strange layout… We had to use a outside entrance to the bar which was filled with local residents.

We were really impressed with this resort. It was well located and the resort staff were excellent. A quiet location with easy access to local amenities and visitor attractions. The lodge was well furnished with ample parking. On-site facilities were good including a restaurant and bar as well as a coffee shop.

Peek'n Peak is an excellent destination in both summer and winter. Food is good, golf course is very scenic and well maintained. Ski facility, although not for the aggressive expert is great for families.

Years ago I learned to ski here, so decided to stay here when visiting friends and family in the area. I don’t think it’s been updated in many years. If you have mobility issues, this is not the place to go- stairs upon stairs everywhere. The hall to our room had a horrible perfume smell that was so strong it stayed on my luggage when I moved to another hotel. It was very noisy as well with people running around on the floor above. If you had children, I’m sure they would love the water slide that was in the outdoor pool many levels above . I would not recommend this hotel because of the stairs.

The staff was super friendly. The rooms were so old and dingy, it just felt dirty. The carpets were old, an the couch was grimy. The air in the room wouldn’t turn on. The room wasn’t fresh smelling and without a functioning a/c unit, the room felt stuffy. Towels and sheets were clean.

See above as the rooms need massive updates and repairs and Wyndham should be embarrassed to have a property like this in their portfolio. The rooms look to be decorated in the 1970s and the desk chair was marred really bad and no know for light in the bathroom. Wow, really terrible room!

staff was great, loved having the restaurant and bar available in the evening, played mini golf on site and even walked around the old golf course which is beautifully landscaped. Plus for me was a Starbucks on site and delicious omelets made to order. We will most definitely return.

A two-night stay to celebrate our anniversary set us back over $500. What a joke. We had a king loft with fireplace which supposedly sleeps 6. We had a king-size bed in the loft and uncomfortable sleep sofa downstairs. The only other furniture is a luggage rack, small table for the Keurig plus a small desk and chair upstairs. There is no closet. We hung our clothes from the ironing board. Stairs are very narrow to the loft. Not fun to maneuver to the bathroom at night. Carpet had a green paint stain. I never did get a hot shower. Temp was impossible to adjust. One bar of soap to share between tub and sink. Soap shelf in the shower was falling off the wall. No soap dish at the sink. Shall I go on? The worst bone of contention was there was no warning we would be on the third floor with no elevator or bellhop. It was a very long walk to our room. Staff at the front desk said they normally mention it as they’re making the reservation. Uh, no.

The resort is lovely with heated outdoor/indoor pools and hot tub. Grounds were well kept. Did the mini golf, very nice. Enjoyed the chairlift and the Soaring Eagle was so much fun. Loved the zipline, the last zip was a doozy! Many restaurants in the area. Did not do the ropes course but it did look like so much fun. The unit was comfortable, clean and had all the amenities needed. The staff is outgoing and friendly not to mention helpful. I will definitely return. Maybe fall next time? I bet it's lovely there

We paid over $500 for 2 nights at the resort. When we tried to use the shower the 1st evening our water ran brown. I reported it first thing in the morning after testing it again and it was still running brown. The front desk told us it was probably caused by copper pipes and maintenance told us it would probably clear up if we let it run for 15 to 20 minutes. He also told us that brown water would not hurt us. This continued into the second night and the last morning we were there. We talked to management and they wouldn’t do anything for us. We were told that th resort was full and we would just need to let the water run for 15 minutes each time we wanted to shower. They did say I could shower in the pool area and then offered to refund us $40 in resort fees, which they never did. Also, the manager of the resort told us this is a common problem that occurs on the site because they use well water. We’ve stayed here many times in the past and have never experienced brown water. Needless to say for the price we paid we expected better service. And will not ever return to this resort.

Everything was really good. The unit was neat and clean upon arrival with everything we needed. There was a lot of activity going on around the resort which was nice to see. Everything was open and ready for guests.

I really wanted to like this place. I really did. My wife and i decided to take a little min vacation somewhere close to home. She found Peek n Peak was about a 2.5 hour drive from us, and they had reasonable rates. Their site promised some great amenities, so we booked a Wednesday to Saturday stay. We arrived there late Wednesday afternoon. Check in was smooth and the man checking us in was friendly and pleasant (Blending). We asked him some questions, and his answers were our first clue that things were not what they appeared to be on their website. We were going to have dinner at their Gazebo grill. Nope, it isn't open. I see their website now shows it opened on 6/15, but no mention of that earlier. The only place to eat onsite was Bistro 210. OK fine. The people there were fantastic, they really go out of their way to help their guests. Allie and all of the women at the Bistro were just top notch. The food was good, if a bit overpriced. SO we decided to play a round of mini golf, which is a favorite activity for my wife and me. Nope, the course is not open. WHAT?? We checked bak later with someone different and they told us that we could play mini golf, just stop at the front desk for clubs and balls. OK, so aaway we went. We got the clubs and balls and the desk clerk said "that will be $20". WHAT??? 10 bucks a head to play mini golf on a course that was to be charitable, a hot mess? I would like to know what the 22 bucks a day "resort fee" is for? Don't we get a round of mini golf for the resort fee? That left a sour taste in our mouths, as it just felt wrong to do that. We spent a few hours at the pool. the pool is nice, well maintained and clean. The staff at the pool is first class.Jesse, Terri, and Hunter were the best! The only complaint i have is that the pool is quite a hike up a lot of stairs from the main hotel. The room we had was very dated. I see they were doing a lot of work in another area of the hotel, so that's a good sign. The area we stayed in really needs re-done. The tub/shower was tiny. It just looked worn out. The TV in our room never worked properly during our entire stay. We complained multiple times, but nothing was ever done to resolve our problem, other than an offer to move us to a different room. Who wants to repack and unpack once in the room? Why Not just bring us a different TV? I spoke to the manager during our check out and told her about the TV issue. It would have been a nice gesture to comp us in some way for the TV issue. Maybe knock off one or two of those bogus "resort fees"? Nope, nothing. That was very disappointing. Our checkout did not go well. My wife booked through Hotels.com. When we check out they were asking for the entire room charge for 3 nights, which we had already paid to hotels.com. They didn't seem to understand how it worked. We were only on the hook for the BS "resort fee". They had to go get the manager to straighten it out. Took an extra 15 minutes to get checked out properly. I brought up several of my concerns to the manager while she was fixing our checkout. She offered nothing as compensation for the issues we had, and I am not the type to demand it. I simply paid, smiled and left. But we will not go back, when we might have gone back if these issues were addressed. Another thing that was closed was the convenience store and gas station that is part of the resort. During our stay, we had only 1 place for lunch and dinner Bistro 210. Again, it's a nice restaurant with very nice people, but a couple of sandwiches and a couple of beers and 60 bucks is gone. By the way Peek n Peak, not everyone is a fan of Starbucks. How about just regular real coffee?
