Bought the 24 cut, which came as two Sicilian 12 cuts. Crust was tough to bite through, mostly bread with little sauce and some slices had almost no cheese. Much more crust than I would have liked due to the insufficient covering, just too dry. Veggie toppings were almost not cooked and still raw and crunchy. I've had much better from this place, but today they really disappointed.

Ordered 3 pizzas, wings, and garlic knots. One of the pizzas and the garlic knots were both horribly burnt on the bottom. Tasted like nothing but burnt. Very unfortunate since it was for a birthday party.

I used to love this place. Have not been here in4 years. Always got the antipasta. Variety of vegetables and meats. Today, two meats a few olives and roasted red peppers. Italian dressing was mostly vegetable oil.

Like walking into a resturant owned by your family. They tossed the pizza for my boy and let him watch them make it. So good!!
we went in to have a pizza. it was undercooked and tasted weird....the hot sauce is not hot sauce. the mild is even worse. really disappointed.

We were excited to try Pizza Shack after hearing good things, but unfortunately our first visit didn’t quite meet expectations. We didn’t order pizza (which we realize now might’ve been our first mistake), and maybe we just caught them on an off day but the rest of the food really missed the mark.
I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and sadly had to toss most of it. The chicken was rubbery, oddly pink in the center, and had a strange plastic-like texture. We also tried the spaghetti and meatballs, which were overwhelmingly salty but still edible. The two orders of fries we got were cold, soggy, and felt like they had been sitting out for a while.
We’re giving them the benefit of the doubt and will try the pizza next time before we make any final judgments. Hoping for a much better experience on the next visit, if the pizza delivers, they’ll stay on our local rotation. But if not, we’ll likely move on.
