I really wanted this place to be great but immediately upon walking in the girl walking around the back could have cared less than I was there. No one else in the place so I can't imagine why she would make me wait so long. Once she did acknowledge me she was cold and barely a hello or have a nice day. Ordered 3 cookies for 10$! (Wtf) to find they were old and stale. Everything looked really good but it's not the freshest and service could be so much better.

On a recent trip through upstate NY we stumbled across this great establishment! While there, we met Vinny, the owner of the bakery, when he came out to say hello to his customers :)
We sat in an adorable back room that was bright and inviting. There was so much food to choose from, including breakfast, lunch/Boars Head cold cuts, coffee, soup, and delicious cookies and treats. Try the warm cinnamon roll! And did I mention candy?! He has one of the best candy walls I’ve seen in a long time :)
Stop by and try this place. You will leave happy ;)

Don’t advertise on your website and Facebook that your ‘open till 7’ but the grill and fryer close at 2. That’s not posted ANYWHERE. I’ve tried to give this place my business but every time I go there I have an issue. The other time was over the summer when the freezer for the slush got ‘too cold’ or whatever and couldn’t be served. Don’t recommend.

Amazing how the word "No" it's always their first reaction. I just tried to place a large order of specialty donuts and asked if they could be made smaller than the normal size and was told no. At $1.65 a piece, and I was looking at ordering three or four dozen, you think maybe the manager or the baker would want to get involved in this decision? You need to train your staff better.

What's not to love about this place! I get my weekly bagels and some muffins, on top of breakfast sandwiches or lunch and soup. I also always find fun old fashioned or novelty candy for the kids. Service is fast and friendly. The coffee is awesome and I also had a hot apple coder yesterday, I highly recommend it and everything else.

They ran out of soup. I ordered soup and sandwich. Because I wanted soup and sandwich. ? I went up to get my soup and no soup in pots? I told the staff and another customer told staff. No soup. I started eating my sandwich. Waiting. Ten minutes goes by. I say where’s the soup? Staff says oh this will take a while? Huh? I am eating now? I paid for soup and sandwich? I was so disappointed and asked for a refund. No soup for me today !
